Yan Jing, Secretary of the Party committee of Zhejiang hospital, served as the vice chairman of the severe Medicine Association of the Chinese Medical Association, the chairman of the severe medicine professional committee of the Chinese Geriatrics Association, and the chairman of the Zhejiang severe Medicine Association. She has struggled in the front line of the severe field for many years and has rich experience in severe treatment. Our experience first is to focus on the treatment of severe and dangerous patients in the whole province; Second, the relevant disciplines and experts will be concentrated, and more than 700 medical backbones in the province will fight together; Third, ensure the supply of protection and treatment materials, regardless of cost; Fourth, adopt a multidisciplinary team treatment plan. So far, 1269 people have been ill, 1267 have been cured, 1 has died and 1 is now suffering from the disease. At present, the epidemic situation in China has been controlled to a certain extent, but we still can't relax our vigilance at all. Especially when the current international situation is still grim, we should strengthen our confidence, make concerted efforts, deal with it in unity, and work together to win the battle between mankind and major infectious diseases.

Cai Hongliu, director of the Department of critical medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University, Pan Konghan, director of the Department of critical medicine of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Yang Xianghong, director of the Department of critical medicine of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital, and Hu Weihang, deputy director of the Department of critical medicine of Zhejiang hospital, respectively introduced the experience of epidemic prevention and control, difficulties, key points and points for attention of severe treatment in Zhejiang Province.

During the epidemic period, director Hu Weihang of our hospital rushed to Wuhan and accumulated rich on-site treatment experience as the competent physician in ICU of the fourth hospital of Wuhan. In this seminar, Hu introduced the diagnosis and treatment plan of New Coronavirus pneumonia in China. He used the typical cases in Wuhan to explain the difficulties in treatment and reproduced the treatment process at that time, which was vivid and instructive.

During the discussion session, director Cai Hongliu introduced the basic data of plasma rehabilitation therapy in China. Director Yang Xianghong shared the novel coronavirus pneumonia (CPAP) and HFNC (high flow oxygen therapy) and how to control the mortality of new crown pneumonia to 0-3%. Director Pan Konghan introduced the curative effect and basic principle of traditional Chinese medicine. Director Hu Weihang shared the relevant experience of current antiviral substances.

After the meeting, experts from the three countries unanimously praised China's prevention and control effectiveness and expressed their gratitude to the Zhejiang expert team for providing valuable treatment experience.
