Be responsible for preparing and organizing the modification of nursing rules and regulations, routine nursing regulations, technical operating regulations of nursing and nursing quality standards of the hospital; urge the implementation and inspection of nursing quality of the hospital, and carry out continual improvement; be responsible for practice qualification review and registration of nurses of the hospital; be responsible for reasonable allocation and performance appraisal of nursing personnel of the hospital.
