(1) Functions: Be fully responsible for all kinds of logistics in the hospital under the leadership of the Director and Deputy Director of the Hospital.

(2) Superior: Director and Deputy Director in charge.

(3) Affiliated departments: boiler room, switch board room, air conditioning room, supplies team, maintenance crew, laundry room, flower room, sewage treatment station.

(4) Tasks and duties: Be fully responsible for all kinds of hospital logistics supplies, water, electricity, air conditioning, medical gas supply; maintenance of logistic equipment and facilities, management of capital construction project and sporadic maintenance works; indoor and outdoor environment greening and beautification, waste and sewage treatment; and fixed assets, real estate subsidies, energy conservation and emission reduction and other management work.
