Brief introduction:

Work overview: In the leadership of Hospital Party Committee and Discipline Committee, strengthen the construction of honest and clean government, hospital ethics construction and corruption prevention; according to management authorities and party constitution and other party regulations, perform supervision, discipline execution and accountability responsibilities in the party, and check the implementation of party line, guidelines, policies and resolutions; supervise the violations of disciplines, laws and regulations, duty dereliction and jobbery of hospital cadres and staff; carry out integrity alert education, promote honest culture construction, and strengthen medical ethics and style supervision; receive reports, check and handle the clues of violations of disciplines and regulations, and raise handling opinions.

1. Be responsible for implementing specific work of discipline inspection in the party. Implement the decisions made by superiors on discipline inspection, safeguard party constitution and other party regulations, supervise and check the implementation of party line, guidelines, policies and resolutions, and the implementation of major decision-making and deployment of provincial health committee and party committee.

2. Be responsible for the supervision of grass-roots party organization, party members and staff on the violation of relevant requirements for the construction of clean and honest government and hospital ethics construction, and the rules and regulations of the hospital.

3. Be responsible for the supervision on the implementation of important work deployment of Party Committee by Party Branch and departments and duty negligence and jobbery of cadres and staff.

4. Be responsible for the investigation and study of discipline inspection and supervision of the hospital, prepare or modify work system for discipline inspection and supervision of the hospital, and promote the construction of work system for discipline inspection and supervision.

5. Be responsible for receiving and handling reports from party members and the mass, and the petitions transferred by superiors; organize discussion reminding, appointment and inquiry by letter; check and handle the cases of violation of disciplines and regulations in the hospital; raise the proposals to superiors on the punishment, accountability or other liability investigation against the party members and employees in the cases of violation of discipline and regulations; receive the charges and complaints of party members and staff to safeguard the rights of party members and staff.

6. Be responsible for overall consideration, coordination and strengthening of the construction for clean and honest government, hospital ethics construction and corruption prevention.

7. Be responsible for organizing and coordinating regular integrated analysis (integrity analysis meeting) of comprehensive strict party governance, construction for clean and honest government, hospital ethics construction and corrosion prevention of the hospital, and taking the lead in taking relevant improvement measures against the problems noticed.

8. According to the authorization by superior discipline inspection & supervision authority, be responsible for supervising the civil servants exercising public powers in the hospital, taking the lead in implementing pilot work of grid supervision and management, and promoting the construction of standardized operation mechanism of public powers.

9. Be responsible for organizing and coordinating integrity alert education, and promoting the integrity culture construction of the hospital.

10. Be responsible for integrity archives management and medical ethics appraisal of the staff.

11. Be responsible for the construction of discipline inspection and supervision organization and cadre team of the hospital.

12. Complete the contents specified in the pledges for the construction of honest and clean government, hospital ethics construction, ideology, objective management and work safety concluded between the department and the hospital.

13. Carry out continual quality improvement related to the work of the department.

14. Complete other tasks assigned by superior departments, Hospital Party Committee and Discipline Committee.
