(1) Functions: Zhejiang Oriental Medical Instrument Trading Company (referred to as DongYi Company) is a subsidiary operating department of the hospital. The company has a board of directors and an independent legal person. Its functions are as follows:<

1) Under the leadership of the company's board of directors, responsible for the company's medical equipment and sanitary materials management.

2) Under the leadership of the dean, responsible for the procurement, management and service of medical consumables, sanitary materials, and inspection reagents in the hospital.

(3) Affiliated department: Zhejiang Oriental Medical Instrument Trading Company ZiJing Port Branch.

(4) Tasks and duties:

1) Responsible for the procurement, management and service of medical consumables, sanitary materials, and inspection reagents in the hospital, to ensure the normal operation of clinical work.

2) Keep advanced diagnosis and treatment technology information and new technology development trends of sanitary materials, and provide practical advice to the hospital.

3) Establish complete and great archives of sanitary materials, improve warehouse storage, inventory, and control inventory backlogs, so that accounts and goods are consistent.

4) Strict procurement discipline, resolutely put an end to unhealthy trends in procurement work.

5) Strictly abide by the national "Regulations on the Administration of Medical Devices" and implement the management of the "three certificates" of disposable sanitary materials.

6) Abide by the laws and regulations of the country and operate in compliance with the law.

7) Conduct financial audits every year and report to the board of directors.

8) Complete the mandatory or temporary work assigned by the hospital party committee in time.

(5) Effectiveness and efficiency: Adhere to the tenet of first-line clinical service, and correctly handle the relationship between management and service.

1) Insist on the service of delivering to the ward once a week.

2) In principle, the warehouse can provide services to first-line clinical departments around the clock, that is, the hygienic materials needed for clinical use can be collected at any time, so as to solve clinical problems.
