Female, Senior Administration Engineer, graduated from Bachelor of Clinical Medicine, Wenzhou Medical University in 1992 and obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology in the United States in 2011.

She started to work in August 1992 and once served as Deputy Director and Director of Human Resources Department and Member of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Academy of Medical Sciences, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Since November 2022, she has taken up her current position. She is also the Deputy Director of the 1st Hospital Committee on Rule-of-Law Construction and Management of Zhejiang Hospital Association, and Executive Member of the 8th Council of Party Building and Ideological and Political Work Promotion Association of Health Commission of Zhejiang Province. She was awarded the title of Excellent Party Worker of Health Commission of Zhejiang Province from 2018 to 2019.
