Male, graduated from Zhejiang University with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree, Associate Chief Physician.

He started to work in August 1999 and served as the head of Major Insurance Outpatient, Deputy Director and Director of Cadre Healthcare Department of Zhejiang Hospital. Since November 2024, he has taken up his current position. He is also a member of the 3rd Committee of Health Management Branch of Chinese Association of Geriatric Research and the 1st Committee of Geriatrics Physician Branch of Zhejiang Physician Association.

He has been engaged in clinical work of internal medicine for more than 20 years and began to engage in healthcare work in 2005. He has rich management experience in personalized screening and control of risk factors for healthy people, chronic disease management for affected population and integration of medical care and healthcare for home-based population, etc. He has published more than 10 papers, presided over and participated in more than 10 projects above the departmental level.

He has successively won the Positive Contribution Award as Staff of the Healthcare and Volunteer Services Department at the International Summit, Outstanding Contribution Award at the 2021 World Internet Conference, Zhejiang Outstanding Individual at the Hangzhou Asian Games and the Asian Para Games, and was awarded the Zhejiang Outstanding Individual in Cadre Healthcare three times.
