Male, graduated from Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a bachelor's degree, Chief Physician.

He started to work in July 1992 and once served as Deputy Chief of the Medical Department, Director of the Medical Affairs Department, Executive Vice President and Assistant to the President of Pinghu Branch. Since July 2015, he has taken up his current position. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Fourth Committee of Osteoporosis and Bone Mineral Disease Branch of Zhejiang Medical Association, Standing Committee Member of the Fourth Committee of Trauma Medicine Branch of Zhejiang Medical Association, Executive Director of the Eighth Committee of Zhejiang Association of Integrative Medicine, Standing Committee Member of the First Committee of Health Law and Medical Affairs Branch of Zhejiang Medical Association, Council Member of Zhejiang Hospital Association, and Council Member of the First Committee of Orthopedics Branch of Zhejiang Physician Association.

He has been engaged in orthopedic clinical work for more than 30 years, has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of common neck, waist and leg pain, orthopedic trauma, osteoarthrosis and fracture, and is specialized in treating spinal, fracture and osteoarticular diseases. He has published more than 10 SCI and Chinese papers, presided over and participated in several projects at or above the department level, and participated in the compilation of Geriatric Orthopedic Diagnostics and 1 local standard of Zhejiang Province.

From 2015 to 2017, he served as the chief leader of the 24th batch of Medical Team for Aiding Mali, and led the team to win the title of National Advanced Collective. In 2020, he served as the leader of the 2nd batch of Medical Team for Aiding Wuhan from Zhejiang Province to fight against COVID-19, and led the team to win the title of Advanced Collective for COVID-19 Prevention and Control of the National Health System. He has been awarded the National Knight Medal of Mali, Outstanding Individual in Foreign Medical Aids in Zhejiang Province, Excellent Communist Party Member in Zhejiang Province, and Outstanding Individual for COVID-19 Prevention and Control in Zhejiang Province.
