Wan Shu, male, M.D & PhD, postdoctoral in neurosurgery at the University of Michigan, a Chief Physician and a master supervisor.

Dr. Wan is currently the Assistant to the President of Zhejiang Hospital, the Director of Brain Center and the Director of the Department of Neurointervention. Graduated from Medicine School of Zhejiang University, Dr. Wan has engaged in neurosurgery for 20⁺ years, and specializes in minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, cerebrospinal tumors and craniocerebral trauma. Dr. Wan is among the best in endovascular interventional therapy in Zhejiang Province and excels at the treatment for various hemorrhagic and ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. In recent years, Dr. Wan has led or participated in 3 scientific research projects supported by the Natural Science Foundation of China, 3 scientific research projects supported by Zhejiang Science Foundation, as well as many other scientific research projects supported by Zhejiang Government and Zhejiang Health Department. Moreover, Dr. Wan has got 30⁺ papers published on Translational Stroke Research, JCBMF, Frontiers in Neurology, Chinese Journal of Neurosurgery and on other medical journal at home and abroad, of which 20⁺ were included in SCI.

Adjunct Research Positions: Dr. Wan is currently the Reserve Discipline Academic Leader of Zhejiang Innovation Disciplines (Neuro-traumatology), a member of Hemorrhagic Stroke Interventional Therapy Specialized Committee of Stroke Prevention Expert Committee of Health and Family Planning Commission of China, a member of Wu Jieping Medical Foundation Stroke Specialized Committee, a Youth Committee of the Neuro-intervention Specialized Committee of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, a Standing Committee member of the Cardio-Brain Prevention Specialized Committee of Zhejiang Preventive Medicine Association, a member of the Neurosurgery Branch of Zhejiang Physician Association and a member of the Neuro-prosthetics Specialized Committee of Zhejiang Medical Doctors Association.
