He graduated from Qiqihar Medical College in 1983, majoring in Neuropsychiatry, and studied at Zhejiang University. Later, he obtained a master's degree from Flinders University in Australia. At present, he is the Secretary of the Party committee of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital, the chief physician and professor of the Department of mental health, the member of the professional committee of sleep disorders of China Sleep Research Association, the member of the professional committee of geriatric psychology of China, the member of the professional committee of mental disability rehabilitation of China, the member of the Standing Committee of China Association of Alzheimer's disease and related diseases, the member of the geriatric psychiatry group of China Psychiatric Association, the director of the Provincial Medical Association, the vice chairman of the psychiatric branch of the Provincial Medical Association Vice chairman of the provincial psychiatric rehabilitation professional committee, vice president of the psychiatric branch of the Provincial Medical Association, member of the Standing Committee of the geriatric branch of the Provincial Medical Association, member of the provincial judicial psychiatric expert committee, leader of the geriatric psychiatric group of the provincial psychiatric branch, and member of the international geriatric Psychiatric Association (IPA). He has been engaged in clinical, scientific research and teaching of mental health for a long time, with rigorous scholarship and rich experience. He has edited and participated in the compilation of books such as interpretation of insomnia, Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease, 300 questions on the prevention and treatment of mental diseases, health pedagogy and guidelines for physical examination, and has undertaken the teaching and teaching of clinical psychiatry in the school of medicine of Zhejiang University and Zhejiang University of traditional Chinese medicine.
