With nearly 30 years of clinical experience, he is particularly adept at the management of chronic diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, as well as basic and clinical researches on geriatric sepsis, septic shock and multi-organ dysfunction. He participated in the development of Chinese Treatment Guidelines for Severe Pyogenic/Septic Shock (2014) and published more than ten papers as first author and corresponding author, including three SCI papers. He has presided over two provincial-level projects and four department-level projects, and the researches he participated in won the second prize of provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and the third prize of provincial Health Science and Technology Innovation Award.
