He had gone to Wooridul Spinal Hospital, Seoul, Korea to study minimally invasive spinal treatment, was good at the diagnosis and treatment of bone joint and spinal diseases, and took the lead in introducing percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy (PELD) in China. He is currently a member of the International Musculoskeletal Laser Association, a member of the International Society of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, and a member of the Pacific and Asian Society of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery
