A lung nodule is a small lump inside the lung. In imaging, lesions less than 1cm in diameter are described as "small nodules", and those less than 0.5cm in diameter are called micro nodules; according to the density of nodules, they are divided into pure ground glass nodules, partially solid ground glass nodules and pure solid nodules. Our hospital has introduced AI intelligent diagnosis into the treatment of chest tumor diseases and carried out "artificial intelligence + medical imaging" to help early screening and early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, which greatly improves the early detection rate of lung cancer and builds a precise lung cancer treatment system. His recommendations on screening for high-risk groups of colorectal cancer are: for symptomatic high-risk patients over 40 years old, those whose symptoms are not relieved after two weeks of symptomatic treatment should undergo anorectal finger examination and fecal occult blood test (FOBT) in time, and those with positive indicators should undergo colonoscopy. If the FOBT test is positive, further enteroscopy should be performed to clarify the diagnosis. If the FOBT test is negative for 3 consecutive times, the screening interval can be extended appropriately, but should not exceed 3 years; for FAP and HNPCC family members older than 20 years old, when the gene mutation is clear in the family of the first case, it is recommended to perform gene mutation testing, and those who are positive will have a colonoscopy every 1~2 years. If the gene mutation test is negative, screening will be performed according to individuals over 40 years old.
