Five years ago, our hospital actively assumed social responsibility, fully implemented the "double sinking and double enhancement" project, and established a close all-round medical cooperation relationship. In the past five years, with the joint efforts of both sides, the cooperation in medical operation has been fruitful and Pinghu medical and health care has achieved a qualitative leap. He said that in the next round of cooperation, our hospital will continue to accurately help and precisely improve, combine the work of double sinking with the most run once reform, combine with the overall development of the hospital, so that the technology, service, discipline and scientific research construction, information construction and other "sinking" work to a new level.

At the symposium, Ren Min made a report on "Exploration and Practice of Medical Care Integration", introducing the achievements and effective exploration of our hospital in medical care integration construction, and Xu Ying made a report on the pilot construction of recreation and health system in Zhejiang Province. We have been at the forefront of promoting the integration of medicine and health care and strengthening health services for the elderly, and have realized the in-depth integration of "medicine" and "health care" by strengthening the guidance and cooperation of primary medical and health institutions, promoting the construction of a seamless referral system between hospitals, communities and families, and promoting healthy aging and integrated management of medical care and health care.In 2017, our hospital signed a contract with the West Lake District Government to host the medical care ward of the West Lake District Hospital of Integrative Medicine, establishing the "West Lake Model", effectively integrating the care resources within the medical institutions of the medical association and in the community, while cooperating with medical and health care groups and geriatric hospitals to create a sample of community elderly care, and diversified the promotion of "West Lake Model", so that the integration of medical care and health care can be developed in depth.
