On October 14, 2019, at 14:30 pm, a group of flexible aid experts from the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Zhejiang Hospital, including Director Gong Shijin, Deputy Director Yu Yihua, Deputy Director Xu Qinghong, Chief Nurse Shen Xin and Dr. Wang Minjia, landed at Aksu Airport on their flight. The team of experts from the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of the First People's Hospital of Aksu Region, which is a "hospital-based unit" of the Intensive Care Medicine Center of Aksu Region, carried out a five-day flexible aid work in Xinjiang.
In the afternoon of Oct. 14, Director Gong Shijin and other experts rushed to the First People's Hospital of Aksu Region to attend the "Seminar on the Development of Critical Care Medicine Center", despite the 8-hour journey. At the seminar, Liu Bingyu, director of the critical care medicine center of the First People's Hospital of Aksu District, reported in detail the basic situation, business level, discipline construction, development plan and the work of "hospital-based department" of the assisted department.
