On October 14, 2019, at 14:30 pm, a group of flexible aid experts from the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Zhejiang Hospital, including Director Gong Shijin, Deputy Director Yu Yihua, Deputy Director Xu Qinghong, Chief Nurse Shen Xin and Dr. Wang Minjia, landed at Aksu Airport on their flight. The team of experts from the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of the First People's Hospital of Aksu Region, which is a "hospital-based unit" of the Intensive Care Medicine Center of Aksu Region, carried out a five-day flexible aid work in Xinjiang.
In the afternoon of Oct. 14, Director Gong Shijin and other experts rushed to the First People's Hospital of Aksu Region to attend the "Seminar on the Development of Critical Care Medicine Center", despite the 8-hour journey. At the seminar, Liu Bingyu, director of the critical care medicine center of the First People's Hospital of Aksu District, reported in detail the basic situation, business level, discipline construction, development plan and the work of "hospital-based department" of the assisted department. Director Gong Shijin made a special report on discipline construction of "where safety comes from". At the same time, three directors, Gong Shijin, Yu Yihua and Xu Qianghong, on behalf of Zhejiang Hospital, presented relevant professional books to the medical staff of the supporting departments.

From October 15 to 16, Dr. Gong Shijin, director of the Department of Critical Care Medicine, Yu Yihua, deputy director of the Department of Critical Care Medicine, Xu Qianghong, Shen Xin and Wang Minjia of Zhejiang Hospital and Dr. Yu Xiangyou, director of the Department of Critical Care Medicine of the First Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, Liu Bingyu, director of the Critical Care Medicine Center of the First People's Hospital of Aksu Region and Zhang Juming, director of the First People's Hospital of Aksu Region participated in the "Zhejiang - Xinjiang Summit" organized by the First People's Hospital of Aksu Region. The experts attended the "Training Course on Standardized Implementation of Critical Care Nutrition Support Treatment", which was organized by the First People's Hospital of Aksu Region. The experts at the meeting gave lectures, discussed the collision of views, reviewed PBL cases, conducted professor's check-ups and conducted training on nutrition screening and assessment, formulation of nutrition prescription, standardized implementation of critical care nutrition support therapy and medical and nursing cooperation. The content of the conference was close to the clinic, and the rich and diverse conference format received unanimous praise from the participating experts and trainees.
