Department of Cardiology Diagnosis Actively Conduct "Mentorship" for Rapid Growth of Young Doctors

In order to improve the critical ECG recognition and judgment ability of young doctors in the hospital, Xu Fen, deputy director of the Department of Science and Education, together with the Medical Department and the Department of Cardiology Diagnosis, invited Chen Yong, a senior and experienced ECG teacher of Zhejiang Hospital, to give lessons to the young doctors every week and conduct examinations after class to improve their working ability and basic skills.
According to Pan Tingting, the head of the Department of Cardiology Diagnosis, Chen Yong is a highly qualified ECG teacher in our hospital. He has 35 years of professional work experience. He was also one of the ECG doctors during the annual cadre health examination and G20 special mission. Many young doctors ask him for advice when they encounter problems in the field of electrocardiography. And he is willing to share his knowledge and experience with others. Therefore, we plan to carry out a series of learning activities to enable young doctors to grow up quickly.
On April 19, the first lesson on how to correctly interpret "Common Complex Arrhythmia and Acute Myocardial Infarction" started. The young doctors had benefited a lot from their predecessors' excellent professional knowledge and experience, and had a clearer and deeper understanding of ECG diagnosis.
