The learning platform of "Learning to Strengthen the Country" is based on learning and propagating Xi Jinping's socialism with Chinese characteristics in new era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as its main content. It is an ideological and cultural aggregation platform based on the whole party and facing the whole society. And it aimed at realizing organized, guided, managed, and serviced learning through the construction of a learning organization system, promote the construction of a Marxist political party, and lead and drive a learning society and learn about building a big country. Since its official launch on January 1, 2019, it has received widespread attention and universal welcome from the entire party and society. Hangzhou is the only pilot city in Zhejiang Province. With the care and love of the central and provincial party committees, the Central Propaganda Department approved Hangzhou to build the country's first prefecture-level learning platform.
