Xiaolin
(pseudonym) gave birth to a cute baby in the Sandun campus of our hospital a
few days ago. Her husband and her "not even run one step" in the
hospital to get the baby's birth certificate, vaccination certificate, and
infant health care booklet, and the family doctor signed a contract (maternal
and child health handbook), etc., and completed the household registration.
During the whole process, Xiaolin and her husband just filled out the relevant
information at the hospital, and then the application was completed. Compared

You only need to download the Hangzhou Health Tong APP, register as required, and then fill in the relevant and accurate information to complete the multi-certificate registration.
Processing object
Both spouses are of Chinese nationality, newborns were born in the hospital within 3 months of marriage (with a marriage certificate), Hangzhou households (except for the Greater Hangzhou area, Fuyang), family households (collective households temporarily) cannot be processed), the surname is with the father or the mother.
Get the required documents
The ID card of both spouses, the marriage certificate, and residence register.
