Registration and Appointment Information

I. Registration instructions 

1. Registration time: 7:00 a.m. Self-service machines start registration; 7:30 a.m. Manual windows start registration; 11:50 a.m. and 16:50 p.m.; the registration time of individual departments is slightly adjusted due to the duration of consultation, service items and other factors, subject to on-site registration time.

2. Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 13:30 p.m. - 17:00 p.m.

 Lingyin hospital outpatient clinic: Monday to Saturday, Sunday only open for western medicine.

 Sandun hospital outpatient clinic: Monday to Sunday.

Departments are subject to the schedule of the day

3. Opening hours of the intestinal clinic: May 1 - October 31, 24 hours.

II. Notice of appointment 

In order to facilitate you to visit the clinic in an orderly and timely manner and avoid long waiting time, we provide appointment service for the special need clinic, specialist clinic and general clinic. You can choose to make an appointment before your visit. Please make sure to come to the hospital in advance on the day of your visit to pick up your number according to the order of your appointment number, as missed appointments will affect the subsequent appointment service.

1. Appointment time 

External reservation platform, our WeChat official account and Internet hospital can reserve a number one week in advance; interval reservation can reserve a number one month in advance; community health service center referral reservation can reserve a number 10 days in advance.

2. Reservation methods 

1) Telephone: Provincial platform: 114, 12580, 96365; it is recommended for the middle-aged and elderly who have difficulty in applying smart phones to use this appointment service, which is online 24 hours a day.

2)Network: Provincial platform http://guahao.zjol.com.cn, our hospital platform www.zjhospital.com.cn.

3)Mobile phone APP: Zhejiang Government Service APP, Alipay, WeChat and other services such as appointment registration.

4)Consultation room: Patients can make an appointment for the next visit in the doctor's consultation room before the end of the visit.

5)Self-service equipment: on self-service equipment in Zhejiang Hospital.

6)Community health pass: community health service centers contracted with Zhejiang Hospital.

3. Appointment result 

After successful appointment, please make sure to come to the registration window to pick up the number in advance on the consultation day according to the appointment time. Those who fail to pick up the number after the appointment time will be regarded as default. If you fail to pick up the number after the appointment time, you will be regarded as default.

4. Reservation Limits 

The same patient can make multiple appointments in a day, but not for the same department.

5. Change or cancellation of appointment 

If you are unable to come to the hospital on time after a successful appointment, please make sure to change or cancel your appointment one day in advance according to the original appointment contact information.    Please cancel your appointment at the Consultation Service Center.

III. Specialist's appointment cancellation 

If the specialist you have made an appointment with is not available for any reason, we will contact you by phone or SMS in advance, please pay attention to your cell phone to remind you that we will provide other specialists or make another appointment for you according to the actual situation.

IV. Real-name registration and reservation 

In order to better maintain the health information of patients, our hospital promotes the real-name system of treatment. Patients should provide their real names, ID card numbers (or other valid ID documents) and valid cell phone numbers in order to receive the appointment text messages and information about the temporary suspension of specialists. Please present your medical record and medical insurance card when registering. For self-pay patients, please present your ID card (or other valid ID), and the hospital supports face authentication and electronic medical insurance card.
