1、 Nursing trainees must report to the nursing department of our hospital at the designated time and go through the training procedures with the nursing training application form stamped with the official seal of the sending unit. The nursing department arranges pre training education to introduce relevant working system, training plan and training arrangement. If you can't check in on time for special reasons, please contact the nursing department of our hospital in advance. No quota will be reserved after expiration. In case of promotion, various examinations and poor physical condition during the study period, the selection unit shall not arrange to come to the hospital for further study.

2、 Trainees must strictly abide by the rules and regulations and technical operation procedures of our institute. Under the guidance of the head nurse of the Department, the nursing work of the undergraduate department was carefully completed through clinical study and practice. Further education should have a clear learning purpose, integrate theory with practice, participate in the training, examination and assessment of the nursing department and departments, and record the assessment results in the appraisal form of nursing further education.

3、 No personal leave, family visit leave, or leave for various reasons during holidays. In case of leaving the post without authorization, immediately notify the work unit, suspend further study, and do not issue a completion certificate. If it is really necessary to ask for leave under special circumstances, the competent department of the original unit shall send a letter for consultation. After receiving the official letter from the original unit, our hospital will approve the leave as appropriate, and the maximum time shall not exceed seven days. Sick leave shall be provided with a valid certificate issued by the doctor. Those who take a full leave of more than one month shall return to the original unit for treatment. In principle, those on sick and personal leave need to extend the period of study.

4、 During the study period, we are not allowed to bring people from other hospitals to visit our hospital, and we do not arrange trainees to visit our hospital.

5、 The trainees shall pay the training fee according to the regulations, and the training plan shall not be changed halfway.

6、 During the training period, complete the training contents as planned, write a personal summary one week before the expiration of the training period, and give the Department appraisal opinions after being assessed by the teaching teacher and the head nurse of the Department. Upon the expiration of the training period, those who pass the appraisal by the nursing department will be issued with a completion certificate, assist in handling the formalities for leaving the hospital and leave the hospital on schedule. Make an appointment with the administrator before going to the nursing department to handle the departure procedures.

7、 During the training period, take good care of public property, science and education, training and other materials, and shall not be copied without consent.

8、 According to the "Regulations on the management of disposable medical devices" of the hospital, any medical devices and disposable consumables shall not be taken as their own. The disposable articles after use shall not be taken out of the hospital. If they are taken out of the hospital, the party concerned shall be responsible for any problems.
