[The Road of Medical Aid to Xinjiang] --- A symposium with the Headline of “Cultivating the Xinjiang, Delivering Love on the Tianshan Mountains” on the Aid to Xinjiang was Held by Zhejiang Hospital.

There is a lively meeting in the 313 conference room, building #8, Lingyin division of Zhejiang Hospital.Hong Chaoyang as the Zhejiang Hospital President and President Jin Xiaoqing, Song Baishan, heads of Human Resources Department and Medical Department and other functional department, as well as the relative medical staff of the departments including acupuncture and medical massage department which will be further cooperated according to “the Hospitals’ precise support to the Xinjiang departments.”

Tu Jianfeng, director of the First People's Hospital of Aksu District, expressed his gratitude to the following hospitals for their continuous support. Assigned by Wang Tonglin, commander of the provincial aid headquarters and Zhang Ping, secretary of the provincial health committee, his team had visited seven support hospitals in the province before the New Year departure. In the meantime, Tu Jianfeng introduced the basic overview of Aksu First People's Hospital and the progress of the work of aiding Xinjiang. He also hoped to listen to the opinions and suggestions of the hospitals which sent experts. He looked forward to further strengthening cooperation with Zhejiang Hospital, deepening the depth and breadth of that aid to Xinjiang, especially playing a good role in flexible assistance to the border.

During the meeting, everyone made further discussion about the mode of “the Hospitals’ precise support to the Xinjiang departments” in the aspects of acupuncture and medical massage. The subsequent jobs were to further strengthen cooperation in personnel training, resource sharing, precise aid etc.

As chief physician and deputy director of the catheter room of Zhejiang Hospital, he long-term engaged in cardiovascular medicine clinical, teaching, scientific research work and had accumulated a wealth of clinical experience in the aspects of coronary heart disease acute myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, heart failure, hypertension and other diseases.

Publishing more than 30 professional academic papers in the national and provincial medical journals and magazines, he had won the Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress Award and Zhejiang Jiang Medical and Health Science and Technology Innovation Award and so on.

During the period of assistance to Xinjiang, Ling Feng went to the villages of Ush, Ahiya , Xinhe , Awati and other places to receive medical consultations. Meanwhile, he had carried out a few coronary artery intervention surgeries, including some complex surgical cases with certain difficulty. He had completed the first renal artery angiography in Aksu, a new method of diagnosis and treatment of secondary hypertension, and left ventricular angiography including the dilated cardiomyopathy diagnosis and evaluation of heart function and so on.

As the deputy director physician and deputy director of the department of digestive endoscopy of Zhejiang Hospital, he was also a member of the Digestive Diseases sub-Association of Zhejiang Medical Association. Engaging in clinical work for nearly 20 years, he had rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases of the digestive system. Meanwhile he mastered a variety of digestive endoscopic operation techniques, especially good at the endoscopic treatment of bile duct stones, obstruction jaundice and digestive tract tumors.

Under Feng Yuliang's leadership, Aksu District First People's Hospital successfully carried out the first independent ERCP surgery. ERCP is endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. With the help of endoscopy, contrast agent would be injected through the duodenal papilla cannula. When that agent went back, we shall know the image of pancreaticobiliary duct. This is the technology of the shadowgraph. That technology was widely accepted by local clinicians and patients, especially for some elderly patients.

As the deputy director of critical medicine department of Zhejiang Hospital, He is also secretary of the Zhenjiang ICU Quality Control Center, a member of the Zhejiang Working Committee of the Heart Seriousness Professional Committee of the Cross-Strait Medical and Health Exchange Association, a member of the Zhejiang Working Committee of Chinese Society of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia Extracorporeal Life Support Branch.

The main research direction is the medical quality control of the department of critical medicine, extracorporeal membrane lung life support technology. In 2017, he was awarded the title of "Excellent Physician" in Zhejiang Hospital. He went to Plymouth Hospital Intensive Care Center in 2015 and then to Cardiovascular Surgery Intensive Care Unit of Beijing Anzhen Hospital in2016.
