Instructions for Outpatient and Emergency Visits

1. Lingyin Campus offers outpatient services from Monday to Saturday (some departments are subjected to adjustments, which are available through consultation); Sandun Campus offers outpatient services from Monday to Sunday (some departments are subjected to adjustments, which are available through consultation). Emergency services are available all day.

2. Please register first before seeing a doctor. Emergency, critical, and critically ill patients will be sent to the emergency department. Medical staff will assess the critical degree and decide whether to open the emergency green channel.

3. The hospital implements real-name registration system of diagnosis and treatment. Please bring your outpatient medical records and health insurance card. For self-paying patients, please provide your real names, ID numbers (or other valid identity documents) and valid mobile phone numbers.

4. In the lobby on the first floor of the outpatient clinic, there are "Expert and Specialty Introduction" and "Expert Clinic Schedule". You can also check the information of experts and specialties on the hospital website or Zhejiang Provincial Hospital Registration website.

5. The specialist outpatient clinic, special need clinic and general clinic of our hospital provide appointment services. Medical service appointment is encouraged to prevent patients from waiting for a long time. Patients can make appointments for treatment and auxiliary examinations (CT, MRI, gastrointestinal endoscopy, B-mode ultrasound) through various channels.

6. The outpatient laboratory opens at 7:30 a.m. Except for special test items, patients can begin testing as soon as they arrive. Please keep the proof of laboratory test report, and take the report at the time indicated on the proof. The outpatient department has a self-service machine, with which you can print the report by yourself.

7. There is a "complaint box" in the outpatient clinic, and you are welcome to put forward your comments (criticism, praise, suggestion, etc.) or report to the outpatient office. If medical personnel are involved, please write down their names according to the name tag, together with your name and contact information so that we can give you immediate feedback.

8. The Outpatient Comprehensive Service Center on the second floor of the Lingyin Campus and the Outpatient Comprehensive Service Center on the first floor of the Sandun Campus provide various services for the public, including disposable water cups, boiling water, needles and threads, umbrellas, presbyopic glasses, paper and pens, as well as helping patients in need register and fill in medical records, providing wheelchairs for patients disabled in action, accompanying patients with special difficulties for treatment, examination, etc., and mailing laboratory test reports for patients from other places.

9. There is an ATM in the lobby on the first floor of the outpatient clinic, and such services as self-service appointment, registration, payment, inquiry, face scan payment, and registration via Zheliban app are available in the self-service area on the second floor.
