Instructions for Outpatient Clinic of Zhejiang Hospital

1. Make an appointment to see a doctor: the hospital implements the appointment system, time-sharing and real-name consultation for all outpatient clinics except emergency and fever clinics.

2. Please show your “Health Code” and “Travel Card”: please wear the mask correctly, cooperate with the staff to measure your body temperature, and present the “Health Code” and “Travel Card”; If you do not have a “Health Code”, please present a valid ID (health insurance card or ID card) and cooperate with the staff to fill in your personal information, epidemiological questionnaire, cell phone number and other contact information. Patients with red or yellow code, should cooperate with the staff to go to the corresponding consultation room.

3. Cooperate with prevention and control screening: In case of any of the following circumstances, please inform the staff voluntarily and truthfully, and go to the designated place for treatment according to the relevant hospitalization procedures of the hospital: (1) Have a travel history within 28 days or come into contact with the areas affected by the COVID-19 epidemic; (2) the contact history with patients confirmed in novel coronavirus; (3) clustered onset of novel coronavirus pneumonia in the surrounding area; (4) any one of the 10 main symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever (37.3 C and above), dry cough, fatigue, loss of taste and smell, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea.

Special Reminder: No fever clinic or intestinal clinic will be set up in Lingyin Branch for the time being. Patients can go to the fever clinic, intestinal clinic in Sandun Branch of Zhejiang Hospital or medical institutions with corresponding clinics nearby for treatment.
