Important Notice - Notice for medical treatment in Zhejiang Hospital during epidemic prevention and control

 According to the national epidemic prevention and control work conference on July 28, 2021, the 74th regular meeting of Zhejiang Province Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group and the spirit of Governor Zheng Jiejie's speech on the morning of July 30, as well as the spirit of the video conference on epidemic prevention and control work of medical institutions in Zhejiang Province on August 1, Zhejiang Hospital actively deployed, in strict accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Further Improving Infection Prevention and Control Work in Medical Institutions under Normal Epidemic Prevention and Control. The measures of the epidemic prevention and control continue to be grasped and tightened, all staff to further enhance risk awareness, strengthen the awareness of the bottom line, strengthen the implementation of measures, the implementation of strict in-hospital and out-of-hospital prevention and control measures. During the epidemic prevention and control period, we hope that all patients and families will understand and comply with the prevention and control requirements, and work together for their own health and that of the public!

Outpatient clinic consultation instructions

1. Outpatient clinics are by appointment

   All outpatient clinics, except for emergency and fever clinics, have an appointment system, time slots and real names.

   (1) You can make an appointment within 7 days in advance through the hospital's official WeChat account, the Zhejiang Government Service APP, the provincial appointment platform and the appointment telephone number.

   (2) Please come to the hospital on time during the appointment period according to the SMS reminder of successful appointment. When you visit the clinic, you will be seen by one person at a time and there will be no gathering in the clinic.

   (3) Patients who have registered for an appointment and choose not to visit the hospital for the time being can cancel the appointment through the original appointment channel.

   (4) Patients can also access Zhejiang Hospital Internet Hospital through the "Zhejiang Hospital Subscription" and enjoy the service of " prescription renewal online and medicine delivery at home".

2. Please prepare the "health code"、 "trip card"

Before entering the hospital, please cooperate with the staff when you and your escort enter the hospital for temperature measurement, present the "Health Code" green code, "trip card" and a valid ID (medical insurance card or ID card). Patients without "health code" should cooperate with the staff to fill in personal information, epidemiological questionnaire, cell phone number and other contact information. Before entering the ward, consultation room or treatment room, you also need to cooperate with the check trip card. Patients with red or yellow codes, cooperate with staff to go to the corresponding consultation rooms.

3. Cooperate with prevention and control screening

According to the spirit of the epidemic prevention and control documents issued by the government: those who do not take the initiative to declare or refuse to accept temperature measurement, medical observation and other prevention and control measures will be held responsible according to the law. If you have one of the following conditions, please take the initiative and truthfully inform the staff, and follow the relevant hospital procedures to the designated place for consultation.

   (1) Fever (37.3℃ and above).

  (2) History of travel or exposure to areas at high risk for the outbreak within 28 days;

  (3) History of contact with patients with confirmed the COVID-19pneumonia.

 (4) Have an aggregated onset of novel the COVID-19 pneumonia in the surrounding area.

   (5) Have respiratory and other suspected symptoms of discomfort.

4. Do personal protection

   (1) Please make sure that you and your accompanying persons wear masks properly when coming to the clinic, keep a social distance of more than 1 meter when talking with others, and do your cough etiquette.

   (2) Please cooperate with the hospital staff at the entrance for inquiry and temperature measurement, and follow the hospital signs to take your temperature and then enter and leave the hospital in an orderly manner through the prescribed entrances and exits.

   (3) A family member is recommended to accompany the patient to the clinic.

   (4) Please do not dispose of used masks, but put them in the yellow medical waste bin according to the signs.

Special Reminder

   Patients can go to the fever clinic and intestinal clinic of Sandun Area of Zhejiang Hospital or the nearest medical institutions with corresponding clinics.

Hospitalization and companionship

1. Admission of patients

   Newly admitted patients and their companions must be admitted with a valid negative nucleic acid report (certificate) within 3 days.

2. Management of companions

   (1) The inpatient floor is strictly controlled by 24-hour access control.

   (2) During the patient's hospitalization, the principle of non-essential escort, if the condition requires escort, the implementation of "one patient a fixed escort", the escort shall not be replaced randomly.

   (3) The escort must cooperate with the management of the ward, wearing a mask, holding a "health code" green code, "trip card" and a valid identity document (medical insurance card or ID card), and provide a valid negative nucleic acid report (proof) within 3 days before         admission, the ward audit information through the generation of electronic escort card.

   (4) In principle, patients and their escorts are not allowed to leave the ward, visit other wards or gather to chat during hospitalization, except in special cases such as outgoing examinations.

   (5) Accompanying staff must report to the medical staff of the department in the first instance if they have fever and other symptoms, and obey the relevant arrangements of the hospital.

   (6) Anyone who has fever, cough or other symptoms; who does not have the required nucleic acid test report of the Covid-19; who has a history of residency in medium to high risk areas or abroad; who has a health code of red or yellow; who has a history of contact with confirmed or suspected patients or close contacts of  the Covid-19 pneumonia, are not allowed to serve as escorts.

3. Visiting management

   It is recommended that visits be conducted through other means of communication and video during special periods.
