In accordance with the requirements of the Level 1 Emergency Response for public health emergencies in Zhejiang Province, we have compiled this special guide for patients and their families visiting our outpatient clinics, as well as visiting and accompanying inpatients, so please read it carefully before coming to the hospital.
Guidelines for outpatient visits

Patients who have registered for an appointment and choose not to visit the hospital for the time being can return the number through the following channels, and the hospital will refund the full amount of the registration fee.
Cell phone cancellation: Those who have made appointments through our hospital's official WeChat or the Internet can cancel their appointments on their cell phones through the original channels on or before the day of the visit.
Self-service machine or in-office appointment cancellation: the appointment will be automatically cancelled by the hospital before the appointment time, without any charge.
Patients from infected areas who have made appointments with our specialist clinic should cancel their appointments and return their numbers according to the above-mentioned notification channel. Please consciously comply with the requirements of isolation and observation, or go to the hospital fever clinic for screening. After the epidemic is over, the hospital will try to resolve the needs of patients who have not been seen.
