In order to further strengthen management, strengthen the hospital's assessment of the work of departments, enhance the sense of responsibility and implementation of various departments, and actively promote the development of hospital work. On March 13, our hospital held the 2019 annual department goal management responsibility letter signing ceremony. Party Secretary Yan Jing, Deputy Party Secretary, President Hong Chaoyang and the heads of various functional departments, clinical department representatives, medical and technical department representatives, emergency department representatives and nursing unit representatives signed a letter of responsibility.






At the meeting, Hong Chaoyang said that the formulation of the department's target management responsibility was based on the Zhejiang Hospital "13th Five-Year Plan" development plan, in order to effectively implement the Zhejiang Provincial Health Commission on the provincial hospital target responsibility letter of the content, in accordance with the"2018 provincial public hospital operating target responsibility system" and "2019 Zhejiang Hospital Work Plan.


With reference to the three-level general hospital evaluation standard rules and JCI evaluation standards, to improve quality and efficiency, taking the section director as the first responsible person of the department, it was required to be good at management, have the courage to manage. It’s required to put the management of the department in the first place to implement that while strengthening professional knowledge and technology.


Yan Jing concluded that in the process of implementation, the departments should strengthen contact and communication to realize the dynamic management. We must try best to keep the comprehensive goal of responsibility in line with the actual situation. After the meeting, the section directors should pass on the contents of the goal management responsibility letter to their department. It’s required to clearly confirm the meaning of signing the responsibility letter, try to recognize the situation, clear tasks, so that the whole staff know, enhance the sense of urgency of work and determine the clear responsibility in order to make that understandable for everyone. While it’s required to strengthen the measures and deal with the actual practice to jointly work together to complete a good assessment indicator.




In order to make the 2019 annual department target responsibility more detailed, quantitative, concrete, for the formulation of assessment objectives, the hospital had previously carried out a special investigation, listened to a wide range of opinions and suggestions, and had a scientific, rigorous analysis and discussion about the evaluation indicators. Through constantly adjusting and revising the target assessment rules, our hospital had made a “2019 department goal management responsibility letter" with discipline characteristics, department features, practical identity," so as to achieve scientific management, effectively promoting the development of various disciplines. Hospital in the future work, will be with the target responsibility to grasp the specific implementation of the work, constantly improve the quality of medical services in our hospital, and better assume the responsibility of protecting the health of the people.
