A symposium on the Auditing the Implementation of the Comprehensive Reform Policy of Provincial Public Hospitals was Held in Zhejiang Hospital

On the morning of February 22, a special research symposium on the auditing the implementation of the comprehensive reform policy of provincial public hospitals was held in Conference Room 313 of Building 8 of Lingyin division of Zhejiang Hospital. Jiang Yingjie, Director from the Social Security Audit Department of the Provincial Audit Office, Fang Ning as deputy director, Yu Yueqiu as the Financial Audit from the Provincial Health Commission and deputy director of the Performance Evaluation Department and other members came to Zhejiang Hospital to conduct a preliminary investigation of the implementation of the comprehensive reform policy of provincial public hospitals. Cao Yongxuan as Zhejiang Hospital VP, He Xiaobo as Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Zhao Weiqun as finance director, and relevant departments participated in the research symposium.
At the symposium, as for the details and actual results etc which involved with the relative measures of our provincial public hospital reform including drug’s zero price difference, Two-vote system, centralized procurement of drugs and consumables, medical service price reform, double sinking and two upgrading, graded treatment system, physician salary system, etc. The heads in charge of the Human Resources Department, Finance Department, Medical Department, Medical Insurance Office, Medical Engineering Department, Outpatient Department, Pharmacy Department made their report. Jiang Yingjie and his accompanies carefully listened to the report and further inquired about the development of the doctor's pay system, double sinking two promotion, drug zero price difference etc.
Cao Yongxuan said that in the past year, in accordance with the provincial health focus and promoting the further reform requirements of public hospitals, Zhejiang Hospital closely followed the hospital’s "13th Five-Year Plan" , the whole hospital staff made concerted efforts, and innovative initiatives,. In the joint efforts of the hospital staff, the hospital successfully completed the overall goal tasks. The whole business of the hospital entered the health and orderly development. Medical reform policy was solidly promoted while system construction continued to be strengthened. The decisive disciplines were developed continually. It features the improved scientific research level, more reasonable talents system and abundant cultural heritage. There were difficulties and tests in the way forward. Especially as the putting into operation of the San Dun division, Zhejiang Hospital was facing lots of developmental barriers including a shortage of talent, the increasing number of patients with nobody accompanies, how to better provide full-service for elderly patients etc. In the future, all the staff will continue to work together to seek the hospital's longer-term benign development.
