Our hospital held a new round of middle-level cadres to Selection and employment mobilization conference

In order to conscientiously implement the Interim Measures for the Management of Leaders in Public Hospitals, comprehensively deepen the reform of the hospital cadres and personnel system, effectively do a good job in the transfer and appointment of middle-level cadres, promote the formation of human resource principle of “Considering the capable first and eliminating the non-capable,” and strive to build a team of clean and honest high-quality cadres with a firm belief, willing to serve the people, diligence and being practical. On the afternoon of March 27th, our hospital held a 2019 mid-level cadres selection and employment mobilization conference in Lingyin division, which was attended by all the hospital leaders, middle-level cadres and some staff representatives. Party Secretary Yan Jing made a mobilization speech which opened a new round of recruiting job of the middle-level cadres.



In his speech, Yan Jing first affirmed the achievements of the middle-level cadres, especially the efforts which were made in the construction and operation of San Dun division, and pointed out that a new round of middle-level selection and recruitment in the new era will help deepen the reform of the hospital personnel system, establish a flexible employment mechanism in accordance with the reform of the health institution.




It facilitated building a platform for training hospital management personnel and will stimulate and mobilize the enthusiasm and innovative consciousness of most cadres. Finally, it will build a high-quality complex management cadre team to provide organization and personnel protection for the development and construction of the two divisions.


Considering multi-level factors, ranging from the enrichment of the management cadre team, the two division academic development reserves etc, Yan Jing introduced the selection plan and divided the jobs into 268 middle-level cadre posts (63 of which is of administrative,135 for clinical, 66 for nursing, four quota for affiliated mechanism) The recruiting adhered to the principle of "policy disclosure, post disclosure, conditions disclosure, procedure disclosure, results disclosure". We accepted the supervision of the masses and continued through organizational procedures such as public registration, qualification examination, debriefing speech, democratic evaluation and organizational inspection etc.  According to the overall schedule for the selection of middle-level cadres, the first competitive presentation for middle-level cadres in the functional departments will be held on 17th April.


 This selection and appointment will adhere to the "four-dimensional" policy and the standards of both moral and professional, in line with respect for knowledge, respect for talent and the principles of openness, equality, competition, merit to select and appoint cadres, improve the credibility of the selection of personnel. I believe that through this event, there will be a group of people with a good foundation, high ideological quality, strong working ability, but also have pioneering and innovative spirit of comrades to go to the hospital management posts, for the two divisions in the era of the construction of a new chapter of Zhejiang medicine.
