Zhoushan City Health Commission, Discipline Inspection And Supervision Group Paid A Visit for Further Inspection and Exchange

On the morning of February 28, Cen Huifeng, member of the Party Committee of Zhoushan Health Commission and head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team in Zhoushan Health Commission and Jin Xiuguo , party committee member and deputy director and other team members, 12 of them conducted visits and exchanges on our San Dun division.




They had further discussion and exchange on the issue of Grid-based supervision and management and clean hospital construction work. The visitors also included the relevant leaders and heads from the different department of Zhoushan Health Commission, Zhoushan Hospital and Community Health Service Center. Other accompanies and activity attendees were contained as follows. He Xiaobo, member of the Party Committee of our division and secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Shen Wei, member of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and director of the Ministry of Human Resources, the representatives of the Party Office, the Inspection Office and some invited inspectors. At the working exchange symposium, He Xiaobo, on behalf of the hospital, extended a sincere welcome to the arrival of the group leader and briefly introduced the current general situation, service characteristics and technological innovation of the San Dun division. Subsequently, He Xiaobo comprehensively and systematically introduced the pre-preparation, main work, effective practice, effectiveness and difficulty of the pilot job of Grid-based supervision and management of our hospital, as well as our main practice to promote the construction of clean hospital. After listening to the introduction, the group leader and the inspection team members raised their question on their own concerns, key nodes of concern and some questions. Take it for example, how to choose the grid structure? How to select an excellent guest ombuds? How to achieve active supervision and accept active supervision? How to make the public power list and so on? Connecting with the actual practice and pilot experience of our hospital, the Secretary He Xiaobo, Director Shen Wei, Deputy Director of the Supervision Office Lu Xiaofen made detailed, realistic and unreserved answers on the aspects ranging from the ideological construction, institution construction, team building, publicity work and handling of the problem clues skills.


During the exchange, the four representatives of the invited inspectors who participated in the meeting also connected to the actual working experience and way of working and made exchanges with everyone on the specific implementation work which received many attention from leader Cen.


For example, Zhu Jie from the Department of Medical Laboratory mentioned that the hospital's vigorous publicity and multi-level promotion had effectively raised the awareness of monitoring subjects to accept supervision on their own initiative, which was united with the active supervision by the invited inspectors and had formed a virtuous circle and influence; Wen Xiaolin from the Outpatient Department felt that a positive attitude and appropriate ways were very important to enable the target of supervision accept supervision. In the meantime, he also played the role of a conductor and collector of information to raise the awareness of supervision of other colleagues; Human Resources Department Zhu Ruichen said it would receive a better results to participate in or observe the discussion of important matters between the heads of sections, or to remind the subject of supervision formula public in the form of work proposals in their exercise of public power; Ye He of the Department of Pharmacy feels that the status of invited inspector not only has a substantial role in promoting the creation of a clean atmosphere in the hospital, but also motivates himself to keep learning and improving, and enhances his knowledge of hospital management. The thoughtful, pragmatic and effective supervision methods of those inspectors impressed the inspection team. The inspectors asked and recorded from time to time.




It was recognized and endorsed by the group leader Mr. Cen and his team that the pilot work of grid-based supervision and management of our hospital had been carried out for more than a year, had solid foundation, practical measures and pragmatic approaches.  She expressed that, as the first batch of pilot units, Zhejiang Hospital is both pioneering and innovative in its work and thoughtful. Many practices are worth learning from. We hoped that the two sides could exchange more in the future. Secretary He Xiaobo said that as a pilot unit, we had responsibility to undertake the task of exploring practice, accumulate experience to serve our health system supervision system reform. It was our duty to learn from each other.



When visiting the medical simulation center, the high-precision medical simulation facilities equipment and rich case disease images, image learning materials, it was received with many frequent praises from the inspection team. Effectively improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of doctors and operational technical level, the advanced medical training mode will especially facilitate the growth of the new clinical medical graduates. The heads of the relevant hospitals in the study group expressed that their local doctors would be organized to come to short-term study and training in the future.


The visit further promoted the exchange and interaction between our hospital and the city health system, enhanced mutual understanding between the two sides, and jointly worked to promote the construction of clean hospitals in our province's health system.
