As the closing year of the "13th five year plan" of the hospital, 2020 is the key year to complete the re evaluation of class III class A hospitals, become the affiliated Zhejiang hospital of the Medical College of Zhejiang University and plan the "14th five year plan". On January 16, our hospital held the 2020 work report meeting of the main heads of departments in Lingyin hospital. More than 230 leaders, including Yan Jing, Secretary of the CPC Committee, Huang Qingdong, member of the CPC Committee and vice president, Jin Xiaoqing, vice president, He Xiaobo, member of the CPC Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Song Baishan and Wan Shu, member of the CPC Committee and vice presidents, Chen Xinyu, vice president, Zhao Weiqun, chief financial officer, Chen Jin, deputy director of the Provincial cadre health care center, and middle-level cadres of the whole hospital attended the conference in offline and online forms The "cloud evaluation system" completed the democratic evaluation on site.



Huang Qingdong emphasized the relevant provisions on epidemic prevention and control of the work report meeting, and explained the participation form, meeting discipline, work report rules, democratic evaluation and other related matters.



The report meeting included 96 executive vice presidents of administrative functional departments and affiliated institutions, Pinghu branch, Kaihua branch and Jinhua branch, heads of clinical medical technology departments and head nurses.

The nursing unit reported on nursing quality and safety, nursing discipline construction, nursing teaching and scientific research, nursing talent training, nursing academic influence, weaknesses and deficiencies, work plan for the next year, etc.



After the debriefing meeting, Song Baishan encouraged middle-level cadres to strengthen their confidence, work hard around the established objectives of hospital development, and strive to achieve the established objectives of the new year. Subsequently, the comprehensive score of democratic evaluation of all middle-level cadres in 2020 was announced on the spot.



Finally, Yan Jing summarized and commented on the work report meeting. He fully affirmed the work report carefully prepared by the main principals of each department, and expressed support for the plans proposed by each department in the new year, such as project development, equipment introduction, talent team construction and service quality improvement. Yan Jing said that the report meeting promoted mutual understanding among departments and specialties, and further clarified the work objectives and specific measures of the hospital in 2021 through consultation, learning and experience.
