In China, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases rank first in the mortality of residents, higher than tumors and other diseases, and seriously endanger people's health. The average time from symptom onset to admission of patients with acute myocardial infarction in China is 4 hours, and 29.0% of patients exceed 6 hours, which is significantly longer than that in other countries. Similarly, once stroke occurs, tens of thousands of neurons will die every second. Therefore, whether the treatment in the golden time window is timely or not directly determines the quality of life of patients.

In order to further accelerate the construction of chest pain center / stroke center system in large hospitals, improve the chest pain and stroke treatment system and prognosis management ability of large hospitals and surrounding grass-roots hospitals, and standardize the screening, prevention and first aid process of chest pain and stroke. On January 23, our hospital held a kick-off meeting on the construction of chest pain center / stroke center treatment system and chest pain unit in Sandun hospital area. We joined hands with chest pain center alliance units, community health service centers, private hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals and nursing homes to carry out the construction of chest pain treatment unit and stroke center collaborative treatment system, establish and improve regional collaborative treatment capacity, so as to achieve global coverage The whole people participate in the whole process management, establish and improve the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system of "first diagnosis at the grass-roots level, two-way referral, upper and lower linkage and acute and slow treatment", and make every effort to build the whole process heart and brain treatment chain.

In recent years, through continuous improvement of pre hospital first aid, in-hospital critical illness treatment process and system norms and emergency capacity training, our hospital has given full play to the role of pre hospital first aid in the construction of chest pain center, stroke center and trauma center, formed a 15 minute first aid convenience circle in Xihu District, and further improved the treatment level of acute and severe patients. Through this kick-off meeting, it is hoped that hospitals and communities will work closely to establish an alliance of regional chest pain centers and stroke centers, provide people with the best and effective comprehensive treatment services for chest pain and stroke, and make greater contributions to healthy Zhejiang and even healthy China.
