Since December 2012, we have provided counterpart support to the people's Hospital of Wuchuan Autonomous County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. Our hospital successfully completed the first round of three-year counterpart support in 2016. With the perfect conclusion of the 13th five year plan for poverty alleviation, the second round of five-year support work has also been successfully completed. Over the past 8 years, our hospital has sincerely cooperated with the people's Hospital of Wuchuan Autonomous County, cooperated closely, and achieved good results in support work. Our hospital attaches great importance to the counterpart support work of the people's Hospital of Wuchuan Autonomous County, and has specially established a counterpart support work leading group, with the Secretary and president as the team leader and the president in charge as the deputy team leader. All functional departments cooperate fully, and designate special personnel to be responsible for the daily work of counterpart support, and clarify the plan, objectives, work contents, requirements and safeguard measures of support work. The leaders of the two hospitals have established a regular consultation mechanism. Over the past 8 years, our hospital has sent 11 batches of medical teams with a total of 126 person times, covering experts in various disciplines and management to Wuchuan to carry out centralized assistance. Since 2019, three batches of 11 medical personnel with senior years and above have been sent to Sichuan for more than 6 months to carry out resident assistance, including Neurointerventional department, Gastroenterology, general surgery, Radiology, obstetrics, Stomatology, orthopedics, neurology, nursing management, financial management and other majors.
