On January 19, our hospital held the 2019 annual section debriefing conference in the Sandun hospital area. Yan Jing, secretary of the Party Committee, Hong Chaoyang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of the hospital, Cao Yongbao, vice president, Zhang Hong and Huang Xiandong, members of the Party Committee, vice president, Jin Xiaoqing, vice president, He Xiaobo, member of the Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, Song Baishan, member of the Party Committee and vice president, Zhao Weiqun, chief financial officer, and nearly 220 middle-level cadres of the hospital attended the conference and completed the democratic evaluation on the spot.

This duty conference contains administrative departments, affiliated institutions and clinical medical and technical departments, a total of 87 people, combined with the focus of their respective departments in 2019, highlights, difficulties and the planned work in 2020, through the form of PPT presentation on site duty report.

 


The heads of administrative departments and affiliated departments reported on the situation of party style and integrity, ideology and ethics construction, the completion of key work for the year, problems and shortcomings, and the work plan for the next year.

The clinical medical and technical departments focused on business development, core competitiveness of peer comparison, core technology level and characteristics, talent team construction, academic influence and so on.

The nursing unit reported on nursing discipline construction, nursing technical standard, nursing service capacity, nursing quality management, nursing talent construction, and nursing academic influence.


 


After the presentation meeting, Hong Chaoyang summarized and commented on the presentation meeting. He said, "The heads of the departments have made elaborate and adequate preparations for the debriefing conference, which is very worthy of recognition. Section debriefing is very important and necessary, not only to enhance the awareness of development, opportunity and innovation of middle-level cadres, but also to build a platform for mutual exchange and promotion among the sections. The year 2020 is a year full of challenges, missions and responsibilities, I hope we will be brave enough to innovate and move forward to contribute to the rapid development of our hospital, and draw a more magnificent blueprint for the hospital in our respective positions!"     

 


Finally, Yan Jing delivered a speech. He gave full affirmation to the contribution of all middle-level cadres to the development and construction of our hospital, and asked everyone to improve their own quality and ability and enhance the management level in the new year, on the other hand, to find the right target and constantly strengthen the management of the target responsibility system. Yan Jing said: "This year is the closing year of the high-level building of a well-off society and the 'Thirteenth Five-Year Plan', and it is also a key year for the high-quality and high-level integration development of our two hospital areas to take solid steps. Opportunities and challenges coexist, I hope that the whole hospital middle-level cadres to strengthen the quality of medical care while constantly optimizing the process, to further strengthen the hospital brand and service management capacity building, to improve the hospital's internal construction and core competitiveness as the goal, to grade hospital grade review for the work of the opportunity, for the hospital transformation and upgrading and reform work to lay a solid foundation for the hospital's development and create new successes and achievements.
