I grew up with the hospital

In 1991, I came to Zhejiang Hospital next to West Lake, No. 12 Lingyin Road. I worked in finance, and along the way, I witnessed the rapid development of the hospital, and I also grew rapidly with the hospital's take-off.

When I first joined the hospital, building 3 of Lingyin hospital area was under construction, the finance department was located in building 7, and only later was it moved to the current building 5, and the finance department became the finance department.

I remember when I first joined the hospital, it was still the traditional manual accounting and abacus. At that time, on the 7th of every month, the Finance Department had to take suitcases to the bank to get cash to pay salaries, and all the employees' salaries, we had to count the cash one by one and put it into one payroll bag, and then everyone lined up in the Finance Department on that day to sign to receive salaries, and the Finance Department was crowded with people, and now when I think of the situation back then, it was a bit unbelievable. Gradually, the traditional manual bookkeeping was replaced by computerized bookkeeping, the realization of computerized accounting, which greatly improved the efficiency of accounting. Nowadays, we have already entered a period of accounting informationization, with internet banking, self-service billing, inter-office billing, aggregated payment, face payment, post-medical payment, e-bill, online approval of nail reimbursement, etc. Hospitals are becoming more and more modern. In the past 28 years, the function of finance has also changed a lot, from "accounting" to "management". All this is inseparable from the efforts of all of us.

My personal growth is also dependent on the growth and development of the hospital. When I first joined the hospital, I was an ordinary accountant. Over the years, I kept learning and working hard for the hospital, and at the same time, I made my own career. This year is the hospital's 65th anniversary, I have the honor to witness the hospital's growth and take-off in the past thirty years in the financial position. The medical environment has been gradually improved, medical means have been enhanced, and the development of the hospital has brought more health protection to the people. The future of the hospital is also our future, thanks to the year, the young one I came to Zhejiang Hospital! I am proud, I grew up with the hospital!
