On December 4, 2019, Zhejiang Hospital held a mobilization meeting for the Triple A re-evaluation and inspection at Lingyin Hospital, and the hospital's party and government leadership team and all middle-level cadres attended the mobilization meeting.

He said that there is no end to quality, safety and efficiency, we need to correctly recognize that there is still a gap with the standards of the grade hospital and the expectations of the masses, to have a sense of urgency, requiring the mobilization of the hospital, responsibility, starting from me, fully committed to the "Zhejiang Province General Hospital Grade Review Standards" (2019 version) as a grip, adhere to the "six heavy, three not  Quality, hospital services, medical safety, technical level and social welfare have obvious progress, continue to promote discipline construction, to create a first-class hospital, to promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the hospital, and strive to successfully pass the re-evaluation within a year. Hong Chaoyang also made specific arrangements for the implementation of the inspection work, including: the composition of the inspection leadership team and office, the composition and responsibilities of the evaluation team, the functional departments and clinical medical and technical departments to meet the inspection work requirements; the main work plan and work requirements for each stage of the inspection; inspection work discipline.
