Zhejiang Hospital held the 2019 annual party branch assessment meeting

In order to further consolidate the results of the theme education of "not forgetting the original intention and remembering the mission", to thoroughly implement the work of the Health Care Commission on the star rating of grass-roots party organizations, to seriously summarize the work of grass-roots party building in Zhejiang Hospital in 2019, and to focus on checking the party branch secretaries' fulfillment of party building responsibilities, on January 6, Zhejiang Hospital held the 2019 Annual Party Branch Assessment Conference. The meeting was chaired by Shen Jiong, director of the Organization and Personnel Department, and more than 150 people attended the meeting, including members of the Party Committee team of the hospital, branch committee members of the party branch in service, party members and representatives of the public.

The assessment meeting consisted of two parts: the inspection of the work ledger of the party branch and the presentation of the party branch secretary. 36 active party branches examined the work ledger of the new party branch since its establishment by means of mutual evaluation and scoring.

The 36 active party branch secretaries made a PowerPoint presentation on the basic situation of the branch, the achievements and shortcomings of the branch construction in 2019, and introduced the work direction for 2020. Each party branch has made certain achievements in implementing the "three meetings and one class" system, carrying out the construction of party style and clean government, and innovating special work. The clinical and medical-technical party branches insist on promoting the construction of departmental talents and the development of disciplines by party building, actively carrying out public welfare activities such as charity clinics and scientific lectures, closely combining party building work with business work and promoting each other, and absorbing high-level talents to join the CPC with strong centripetal force; the administrative party branch insists on enhancing administrative efficiency and promoting service capacity by party building, and further implementing the requirements of " most run once" reform requirements, and carry forward the vanguard role of Party members to better serve the clinical frontline and patients.

Yan Jing, secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Hospital, commented on the content of the presentation, and first of all, he expressed his affirmation of the achievements of each party branch in the grassroots party building work in 2019. The presentation showed the new style of our grassroots party building work, and the standardization and innovation of branch activities continued to improve. In addition, he put forward two requirements: First, party workers should attach great importance to party building work, and strive to improve political literacy and party capacity; second, adhere to the party building to promote business development, and strive to create "one branch, one brand", improve the depth of various party building activities, promote discipline development, and promote hospital development. 

Finally, Yan Jing made a concluding speech for the party branch assessment meeting, emphasizing that 2020 is a year of opportunities and challenges, requiring the party branch to take up the responsibility, give play to the advanced nature of party members, take the initiative in the key work of the hospital, such as the review of graded hospitals, DRGs medical insurance reform, talent development, and promote the work of the hospital to achieve new leaps and new improvements.
