Innovation Model of Zhejiang Hospital Has been Praised Again!

In the morning of March 18, Chen Gang, party secretary of the Second People's Hospital in Aksu and his accompanies came to Zhejiang Hospital to conduct in-depth exchanges and negotiations with Yan Jing, party secretary of Zhejiang Hospital, on medical assistance and promotion of exchanges. Yan Jing said that if the Aksu people need it, Zhejiang Hospital will spare no effort to provide medical guidance and help to build a healthy China. Accompanied by Song Baibin, vice president of Zhejiang Hospital and Ren Min, director of the Social Development Department, Chen Gang and other team members visited the San Dun division.

Song Baibin briefly described the general situation of the San Dun division, San Dun division was officially put into operation on 28th June last year, which indicated that Zhejiang hospital has entered the era of the two divisions. Based on continuous innovation and reform, they were providing patients with efficient, high-quality medical services.

Entering the outpatient hall, Chen Gang and his members first learned about one-stop outpatient service centers, shared wheelchair services, self-service registered billing machines, and black technology drug-issuing robots. According to Song Baibin, Zhejiang Hospital was the province's first to introduce shared wheelchair hospital. They were available in Lingyin and San Dun division. The considerable services reflected the concept of patient supremacy. At the Western Pharmacy, Chen Gang and his team players watched the fast and precise operation of the drug-issuing robot. After receiving the patient's information, the drug robot would automatically prepare the corresponding drug accordingly and then delivered it to the drug collection window through the conveyor belt, greatly shortening the time for patients to wait in line for the drug. Human resource personnel were reduced while the safety of patient drug use was ensured. A group of people praised the modernization of the hospital.

San Dun division made innovation of using the diagnosis and treatment center system, which has covered the specialty. Chen Gang and his team visited the clinic heart center on the second floor. In the Center there were four specialized outpatient cardiovascular medicine, cardiac major vascular surgery, cardiac rehabilitation, vascular surgery, hypertension center, heart super and electrocardiogram ,all of which could be done nearby. There was no need to be busy in traveling to and from different building or floors. The team of Chen Gang deeply appreciated the convenience of the reform of "Only one time for patients to deal with hospital business." Convenient, quick, and advanced payment methods also attracted Chen Gang's attention. San Dun was the first to launch the "aggregation payment system". It just needs to scan the QR code to pay. Also, it was very convenient to show any QR codes, such as, Alipay, WeChat or other band App to complete the payment. “There was no need for the patient to go to the automatic machine or charging window to make the payment. It was valuable to be learned from.”

 In the Geriatrics Center, Chen Gang and his team found that patients could enjoy "integrated multidisciplinary management" services here. In the consultation area, elderly patients with complex diseases only need to register one multidisciplinary team clinic number and they could receive integrated services provided by physicians from geriatrics, rehabilitation medicine, nutrition, pharmacy, mental health and other departments.

Afterwards, Chen Gang and his team members came to the Rehabilitation Medicine Center. As a key building department, the Rehabilitation Medicine Center of San Dun division covered an area of about 2,000 square meters. Its advancement was firstly reflected in the concept. Aiming at chronic diseases of the elderly as well as neurological bone and joint diseases, it provides precise and comprehensive rehabilitation services with advanced rehabilitation treatment concepts and standardized rehabilitation treatment processes and early intervention. Chen Gang listened with interest to the introduction of the BTE centrifugal training test system, checked the longest sky track training system in the province and raised a highly appraise to the Rehabilitation Medical Center.

Finally, Chen Gang and his team visited the Medical Simulation Center.
