November 17 is the 19th World Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Day, and this year's theme is "Healthy Breathing, Unparalleled". Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a progressive chronic airway disease that can be prevented and treated. Due to smoking and air pollution, 600 million people around the world are suffering from COPD, and the prevalence rate is continuously increasing, making it the third most deadly disease in China.

More than 1/3 of the patients have no obvious symptoms in the early stage of the disease, only a decline in lung function, and these people do not know they are suffering from this disease. In order to raise public awareness of LDP, strengthen the long-term management of LDP, improve the quality of life of patients, and advocate a "healthy breathing" lifestyle, our hospital will hold "World LDP Day" promotional clinic activities.
