Volunteers are eternal and love is boundless. In our hospital, there is a group of caring people wearing "May Fourth" yellow vests and busy in all corners of the outpatient wards, they are affectionately known as the most lovely people, they are our special "Zhejiang Hospital People".

Our "May Fourth" volunteer service team was established in 2017, which is a dynamic and humanistic young public service organization dedicated to creating a more harmonious medical service environment and building a platform for the general public to give their love.

Recruiting objects.

Enthusiastic public service, willing to give, physically and mentally healthy caring members of society (age not more than 70 years old for men, not more than 65 years old for women)

Volunteer service content:

1. Medical guidance. In the outpatient area to help patients understand the process of medical treatment, assist patients to register, guide patients to the consultation area, provide volunteer services for the elderly, frail, mobility problems and other patients in need of help; assist medical staff to maintain civilized consultation order, patient guidance.

2. Piano playing volunteers. Play piano music for patients and their families in the outpatient lobby.

3. Special volunteer service. Go deep into the wards to provide psychological counseling and assist in rehabilitation training for terminal patients and other volunteer services.

3. Regularly organize medical staff to conduct health science knowledge tour for volunteers.

4. Commercial insurance for volunteers aged 18 to 70 years old.

5. Provide outpatient medical checkups for volunteers who have reached a certain length of volunteer service.
