At 12:00 noon on March 15, we were instructed by the Zhejiang Provincial Health and Wellness Commission to send a nucleic acid collection team to support the Shangcheng District of Hangzhou. From receiving the instruction to assembling personnel, deploying supplies and providing good security, in just half an hour, a nucleic acid collection emergency team of 203 employees from our hospital set off urgently to the control area of Shangcheng District for nucleic acid sampling. The two-day nucleic acid collection work contributed to the construction of "epidemic-free units" in all districts of the city.

At 4:00 pm on March 16, our hospital sent four experienced pcr testers to participate in the Zhejiang nucleic acid testing medical team to support the Quzhou city nucleic acid testing base in an emergency.

At 6:00 pm on March 18, after receiving the task of assisting Jiaxing to carry out nucleic acid testing, our hospital immediately took 126 people from the previously formed 600-person emergency nucleic acid collection team and rushed to Jiaxing Pinghu that evening. After two days of sampling in Guang Chen Town, Pinghu, the team received another task to support Haining, so the team was divided into two and some of the team members were transferred to Zhou Wangmiao Town, Haining. It took 5 days, 126 medical staff collected more than 100,000 nucleic acid samples and successfully completed the collection task.

At the same time, the day before this, because Pinghu City, the coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control work leading group decided to organize the whole Pinghu region large-scale nucleic acid testing, need to draw half of the staff strength of the First People's Hospital of Pinghu (Pinghu Branch), "immediately send reinforcements to Pinghu Branch!" At 0:10 midnight on March 17, Yan Jing, secretary of the Party Committee of our hospital, connected to the Pinghu Branch, "The General Hospital is very concerned about the epidemic in Pinghu, and all the cadres and staff of the Branch are working around the clock to ensure that the front-line personnel are in place to fight the epidemic, and at the same time, to meet the basic medical needs of the people of the city as much as possible, so staff shortage is inevitable. Subsequently, 10 experts and 15 nursing staff arrived at Pinghu Branch Hospital to reinforce the hospital's daily medical work during the epidemic. It was not until March 22, when the epidemic situation in Pinghu eased and the medical staff of Pinghu Branch returned to their original positions, that they returned to our hospital with their burdens off.

Five days may not be a long time, but it was another unforgettable journey for the 126 emergency nucleic acid collection team members of our hospital who rushed to Jiaxing.

Zhu Ruichen, deputy director of the organization and personnel department of our hospital, had previous experience in supporting Hubei and many other provincial support missions, and set off without any hesitation after receiving the mission. Yang Jie, deputy director of the medical department, was the leader of the team, and upon his return, he began guiding everyone to turn in an empty cloth bag for recycling. Since the hospital formed the emergency nucleic acid collection team, each team member was given a cloth bag filled with all the supplies needed for each trip. This cloth bag is recycled on the return of each aid, filled with supplies and then placed in the luggage compartment of the bus for the team members to depart at any time after receiving the mission. "Because the local hotels were already full of people under isolation control, this time we lived in downtown Jiaxing, far from the work site, and it took an hour to get to the site. In order to leave enough time for the detection of nucleic acid samples, every day at 2:00 a.m. we have to get up and leave, and finish the sampling work before 12:00 noon, very hard."
