Dear Patients.

Due to the smart medical insurance system of Zhejiang Province will be online on February 15, 2022, before the online suspension of medical insurance-related services, as follows, if you cause inconvenience, please understand!

I. Suspension objects

Zhejiang Province and Hangzhou City medical insurance participants.

B. Downtime

Business operation downtime: 0:00 on February 6 to 0:00 on February 15 to suspend medical insurance record business, such as transferring out of medical treatment, prescribed diseases, outbound medicine, etc.; suspend medical expenses sporadic reimbursement, Zheli Office, Alipay and other online medical insurance business processing.

Real-time settlement downtime: February 10, 0:00 ~ February 15, 0:00 suspension of medical insurance settlement.

Three, outpatient

Outpatient expenses during the settlement downtime need to be fully advanced by the patient, and patients at the Zhejiang Province level will initiate their own reimbursement payment business (i.e. online sporadic reimbursement business) after the downtime ends; Hangzhou medical insurance patients will bring their original medical bills (including electronic bills), social security cards (including medical insurance electronic credentials or ID cards) and bank cards after March 15, and go to the hospital for medical insurance settlement again; patients with chronic diseases and other long-term medication can be reimbursed according to the no Patients with chronic diseases and other long-term medications can fill up to one month's supply before February 10 according to the principle of not unpacking, or go to the community to get a long prescription for chronic diseases.

IV. Hospitalization

Patients who have been hospitalized must be discharged for medical insurance settlement before 0:00 on February 10, and those who still need to continue inpatient treatment will be admitted at their own expense, and will be transferred to medical insurance after 0:00 on February 15.

New patients who are admitted after February 1 will be admitted at their own expense first, and those who can be discharged before 00:00 on February 10 will be discharged for medical insurance settlement, while the rest will be transferred to medical insurance after 00:00 on February 15.

The medical expenses discharged during the settlement shutdown should be fully advanced by the patient. After the settlement shutdown, bring the original medical bills (including electronic bills), medical expense list, discharge summary, social security card (including medical insurance electronic voucher or ID card) and bank card to the medical insurance center for reimbursement.

In order not to affect your medical insurance treatment and reduce the settlement procedures, try not to go through the discharge procedures from February 10 to February 15.
