Hospital Introduction
Zhejiang Hospital, affiliated with the Health and Health Commission of Zhejiang Province, was founded in 1954 and became an affiliated hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine in December 2020. At present, it is a comprehensive hospital with medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention and health care, including Lingyin hospital area and Sandun hospital area. It has Zhejiang Institute of Geriatrics, Zhejiang Key Laboratory of Geriatrics, Zhejiang Research Center for Prevention and Treatment of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases, etc. As a base for stroke screening and prevention of the National Health Commission, a core unit for collaborative innovation of the National Clinical Medical Research Center for Geriatric Diseases, a training base for the prevention and treatment of geriatric diseases in the province, and a teaching hospital of Zhejiang University and higher medical schools in the province, the hospital strives to create a synchronous clinical, scientific research and teaching development.
In order to cultivate a group of high-level medical research talents, we are now recruiting postdocs for the year 2022 worldwide, as follows.
Recruiting Demand
In 2022, we plan to recruit several postdocs.
Recruiting Requirements
1. Doctoral degree in clinical medicine, Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese and Western medicine, basic medicine, pharmacy, general medicine, immunology, microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, bioinformatics, health management and other related fields.
2. Postdoctoral candidates should be no more than 35 years old, no more than 3 years after obtaining their PhD, with good character and good health.
3. Strong scientific research ability and good academic development potential, with preference given to those who have published one SCI paper as first author within the last three years.
4. Meet the requirements of the corresponding team and be able to work full-time in the hospital as a postdoctoral researcher.
Working period
The postdoctoral period is generally 2 years.
Remuneration
1. Annual salary of 300,000-350,000 (including basic salary, special subsidy and provident fund) during the postdoctoral period, foreigners, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan postdoctoral staff will have all kinds of insurance according to foreign affairs regulations, and the team can provide additional post allowance according to the applicant's academic level and work achievements, and the performance rewards achieved during the postdoctoral period can enjoy corresponding rewards according to the hospital's research performance rewards, plus year-end performance rewards if the assessment is excellent.
2. After entering the station, applicants can apply for appointment as assistant researcher, and those with outstanding performance can be specially appointed (associate) researcher after leaving the station; post-docs with excellent assessment can declare hospital career establishment (post system), title promotion and establishment of independent subject groups according to relevant hospital regulations.
3. Provide good scientific research conditions, encourage and support the declaration of postdoctoral funds and other national and local science and technology projects.
