On the morning of July 21, the Work Promoting Meeting for “Team Style” Aiding of Xinjiang by medical talents from Zhejiang Hospital is held at No.1 People’s Hospital of Aksu Area.

The experts team members led by Yan Jing, member of Local Party Committee of Aksu Area, Baoerhan Maimaiti, the Party Committee Deputy Secretary, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Deputy Commander of Zhejiang Province Aiding Xinjiang Headquarters, Wang Zhongmin, the Local Health Committee Party Committee Secretary and Deputy Director, Ju Qiang, the Local Health Committee Party Committee Member, Deputy Director and Vice Team Leader of Talent Team to the Headquarters of Zhejiang Province Aiding Xinjiang, Luo Huabiao, etc attended the meeting.

On the promotion meeting, Yan Jing donated the intelligent geriatric  comprehensive evaluation platform to the First People’s Hospital of Aksu Area, and unveiled the nameplate for “Wan Shu Experts Team Famous Physician Studio of Zhejiang Hospital Brain Center” together with the leaders from the area, Zhejiang Province Aiding Xinjiang Headquarters and the First People’s Hospital of Aksu, and made a firm step for deepening the work of aiding Xinjiang.

Yan Jing extended thanks to the high attention and great support from the Local Party Committee, the Prefectual Administrative Office, Zhejiang Aiding Xinjiang Headquarters, the Local Health Committee and Aksu Area on behalf of Zhejiang Hospital, after reporting the various work results about the Phase II “Team Style” Aiding Xinjiang Experts of the Tenth Team from Zhejiang Hospital, he said that in the next step, Zhejiang Hospital would continue to pay attention to the development of health undertakings in Aksu Area, would continue to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of matching support, achieve “accurate planning and on-demand assistance”, effectively consolidate the achievements of matching support, improve the effect of supporting assistance, and benefit the patients of all ethnic groups in Aksu Area.

The experts team members also respectively went down to The First People’s Hospital of Aksu Area to visit its ICU, CCU, EICU, Neurology Department, Rehabilitation Medicine Department, General Medicine Department and other departments, and to undertake various forms and various types of assistance activities.

After finishing the promotion meeting, the 16^th “Zhejiang Aksu Auditorium” was formally launched, Yan Jing and Wan Shu respectively gave lectures to the trainees with the titles of “Construction and Exploration Practices for ‘Warm Medical Culture’ Piloted by Party Construction” and “Brain Center Construction under An Integrated System—Explorations and Practices from Zhejiang Hospital”.

In the afternoon, Yan Jing came to Xinjiang Corps 1^st Division Hospital, and delivered a lecture named “Wisdom Enables Hospital Development” on Southern Xinjiang Forum for “One Belt and One Road” of Zhejiang University and Specialty Alliance of Zhejiang Province Medical Aid to Xinjiang-Southern Xinjiang Forum.

After that, the experts team of Yan Jing came to No.2 People’s Hospital of Aksu Area for undertaking of “Flexible Aid to Xinjiang” work, and the exchanges and cooperation between the two hospitals were further deepened through expert lectures, discussions and exchanges, teaching rounds and field visits.

Yan Jing puts forward suggestions on how to develop the geriatric department of the regional Second People’s Hospital, and how the second People's Hospital of the region, how to drive the overall development of the regional geriatric department, and he suggests that hospitals should explore and promote the combination of community pension and medical care, constantly improve the ability to prevent and cure difficult and critical diseases of geriatric specialties, and build geriatric specialties into a demonstration point leading Aksu and radiating to southern Xinjiang. Shen Shanshan, deputy chief physician of the Geriatrics Department of Zhejiang Hospital, and Wu Liang, physician of Critical Care Medicine, respectively gave wonderful lectures on “Nutrition precision treatment and exercise guidance for the whole course of elderly patients with chronic diseases” and “Clinical application of instrument ventilation”, and shared real cases combined with their own clinical work experience.

On July 22, the First “Zhejiang-Xinjiang Critical Care Homogeneity Forum” Academic Meeting of Southern Xinjiang Area and the Founding Meeting of the Critical Care Medical Professional Committee of Aksu Area Medical Association, Xinjiang were ceremoniously held. The meeting was chaired by Ren Min, the Director of Social Development Department of Zhejiang Hospital (Aiding Xinjiang Status, Party Committee Member and Vice President of Aksu Area The First People’s Hospital), Gong Shijin, Director of Critical Care Medicine Department of Zhejiang Hospital was employed as the Honorary Chairman, Wang Jinjia, the expert aiding Xinjiang and Deputy Chief Physician of Critical Care Medicine Department assumed the Vice Chairman, the Phase I and Phase II aiding Xinjiang experts of the 9^th Team, Hu Caibao and Liu Bingyu, Deputy Director of Critical Care Medicine Department were employed as the Honorary Committee Member, and Zhejiang and Xinjiang would further promote the development of critical care medicine in Aksu Area hand-in-hand.
