Clean Family Tradition Construction Activity for “Honest” “Medical Family” Leading Cadres in 2022 Is Held by Party Committee of Our Hospital

In order to further implement the main responsibility of the construction of a clean government, highlight the education and management of the “key minority” of hospital leading cadres, and urge leading cadres to take the lead in the construction of a clean family tradition, the Party Committee of Zhejiang Hospital launched the theme activity of “clean medical family tradition” construction for the leading cadres on July 26,2022. The activity was chaired by Chen Jun, the Party Committee Deputy Secretary and President of the Hospital, and all members from the party and government attended.

Centering with the theme, this activity helps the leading cadres to deepen their understanding of the clean family tradition construction by means of “four ONE”:

Reading One Good Book：Each member of the leading group received the textbooks “Clean Family Tradition” and “Strict Management of Family” for family tradition construction of the party member leading cadres edited by the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the State Supervisory Commission and the Publicity Department. Guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse on family traditions in the construction, this set of books highlight ideological, educational and readability, and help leading cadres to build a solid foundation of faith, temper noble character, and build clean family traditions.

Sign One Commitment Letter: each leading cadre shall sign the “Commitment Letter for Practicing Strict Family Management and Constructing the Honest Family Tradition”, and promised not only to achieve their own strict self-discipline, compliance with rules and discipline, but also to do a good job of education and management of family members, and the content of the commitment in the form of “family meetings” to inform the family members, to jointly create a clean and healthy family tradition.

Take One Party Class: the Party Committee Secretary Yan Jing led all the leading cadres to review the internal party regulations including “The Code of Integrity and Self-Discipline of the CPC” and “The Regulations on Reporting of Relevant Personal Matters for the Leading Cadres”, and the relevant disciplines and regulations for personal style construction from the leading cadres with the theme of “Honest Cultivation, Honest Power Use and Honest Family Tradition”, further reaffirmed the management requirements and discipline rules for the leading cadres, and urged them to develop a good habit of careful self-restraint.

Make One Family Rule: the various leading cadres shall formulate a new“family rule” as the moral code of the family to follow by comparing with the relevant regulatory requirements from the Commitment Letter and relevant regulations, and combining with the excellent personal family rules and instructions.

In the summary of the event, Yan Jing stressed that leading officials should earnestly study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important remarks on building family traditions, stop greed, be self-serving, and effectively bring the power entrusted by the people to benefit the people. We should give priority to building family traditions in an important position, fulfill our responsibility for building a clean government in our field of responsibility, resolutely fight against all kinds of corruption, conduct politics clean and serve the public, and make more and greater contributions to the development of hospitals and people’s health.

This clean family style construction activity is aiming at promoting  the hospital leading cadres to further correct the public and private, individual and collective, work and life close relationship to the ideological understanding, strengthen the strict management of the family members, teach people around the consciousness, truly practice clean self-cultivation, clean use of power and clean family.
