Class Opening Ceremony

The 2022 session new employee class opening ceremony is formally held on August 2^nd, all the management level members of Zhejiang Hospital are present to welcome the joining of new employees, and the class opening ceremony is chaired by Shen Jiong, the Director of Organization and Personnel Department.

Chen Jun, the Party Committee Deputy Secretary and President of Zhejiang Hospital delivers the welcoming address on behalf of the hospital’s management level and all medical staff of Zhejiang Hospital, and extends warm welcome to the 76 new employees joining the big family of Zhejiang Hospital. He says, as a new “Zhejiang Hospital Staff”, the various new employees shall all understand the component and connotation of this phrase. You should properly find your own positioning and specific development orientation. Meanwhile, he also puts forward three expectations to the new employees: I. Cultivate the original aspiration of doctors, and be a medical staff of Zhejiang Hospital with dreams. II. Continue with the cultural spirit, and be a responsible medical staff of Zhejiang Hospital. III. Practise self skills, and be a medical staff of Zhejiang Hospital with pursuits. He highlights, the medical staff of Zhejiang Hospital shall bear in mind “the picture of a big country”, keep away from distractions, keep confident and forging ahead, shoulder the heavy task of safeguarding the local people, attaching importance to the cutting-edge medical science and technology, and bravely climbing the peak of medicine, make your youth resonate at the same frequency with the hospital, and don’t let down the era and don’t let down “yourself”.

Han Jinhua, new employee of Geriatric Research Institute delivers a speech on behalf of the new employees, she says that she is very proud of joining Zhejiang Hospital, and she will make efforts to improve her professional ability on the brand new stage of Zhejiang Hospital in future, and will always push herself forward toward the faster and stronger objectives, and will be an outstanding Zhejiang Hospital medical staff!

Under the oath from the Vice President Jin Xiaoqing, the new employees raise their right hands and solemnly take the oath：“I take oath when I become a member of the medical staff: I will dedicate my life, to the maintenance of human life and health as my lifelong mission……”The resounding oath echoed in the venue, the solemn atmosphere infected the hearts of everyone present, let everyone deeply feel the responsibility and mission as a medical institution staff.

The First Class after Opening 

Yan Jing, the Party Committee Secretary give a lesson named “The 68 Years of Zhejiang Hospital, Original Intention and Vision” to the new employees. He shows the “morality and proficient skills” of generations of Zhejiang Hospital medical staff from the five aspects respectively, the present Zhejiang Hospital over 68 years, cohesion of force under the Party Banner, promotion of the management science development, highlighting service for optimization of medical procedures and creating the future and making progress together to the new employees, adhering to the core values of “morality and proficient skills” and the hospital spiritual motto of “dedicated, pragmatic, rigorous and devotion” over 68 years of extraordinary times, and he also wishes all the new employees will continue to inherit and develop, pursue excellence, and create a new brilliance of the hospital.

He Xiaobo, member of the Party Committee and secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, has made a detailed and profound elaboration on the core values of our hospital, “Morality and Proficient Skills”, with the title of “From the Virtue and Cultural Confidence”. At the same time, new employees are encouraged to carry forward the traditional Chinese culture and the spirit of Chinese Communists, draw strength from it, and strengthen their cultural confidence.

Song Baishan, the Party Committee Member and Vice President gives a lesson named “Medical Treatment Behaviors and Medical Treatment Safety”. He says that complying with regulations and specifications is the premise to ensure safety, every regulation and specification shall be strictly followed, don’t take any chances and check erroneous ideas at the outset. He highlights that care, caution and communication are critical to safety.

Wan Shu, the Party Committee Member and Vice President discusses with the new employees about under the new era background, the new Zhejiang medical people should find the correct positioning, inherit the culture, continuous learning, aim high, respect life, pay attention to the team, with innovation to the original aspiration, to the youth of me, the struggle of me, to the date of The Times, bear the responsibility of The Times with the topic of “Maintain integrity and innovation, be the peers on medical road, and be outstanding medical staff in the new era”!

Huang Jun, the Vice President answers questions from the new employees about if scientific research is required in clinical work and how to do scientific research in the class of “Clinical and Scientific Research” with his own experiences.He points out that while paying attention to clinical practice, new employees should also make full use of the superior disciplines and platforms of our hospital to help with the output of scientific research results and promote the quality and efficiency of scientific research work.

During the 4-day training, the main principals of the administrative functional departments and business departments of the hospital conducted special training and lectures for the new employees based on the hospital history and culture, relevant laws and regulations, hospital rules and regulations, main responsibilities and other contents.
