Then, the 6 activity groups respectively reported for 8 minutes on the patient feedback and observation collected, listed the highlights of the outpatient and emergency services in our hospital, focused on the problems existing in the outpatient and emergency services, conducted an in-depth analysis of the problems, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures. Each group through the photo display, case description, let the participants intuitively understand the specific problems; The demonstration after field visits and investigation of similar hospitals has greatly strengthened the feasibility of the improvement measures. After the report, the organization personnel Department will integrate the list of improvement measures proposed by each group into the comprehensive rectification list, which will be implemented by each corresponding functional department, and the implementation situation will be publicized within a time limit.

Subsequently, the leaders of the participating institute discussed the problems with the representatives of relevant functional departments in the process of hearing the report.
