Recruitment Guide
According to the overall arrangement of the standardized training system pilot for specialists of Chinese Medical Doctor Association (hereinafter referred to as "specialist training") and the requirements of the notice of recruitment, the recruitment guide of geriatrics specialist training in internal medicine in our hospital in 2020 is introduced as follows:
I. Principle of recruitment
Fairness and openness, voluntary participation, two-way selection and merit-based employment
II. Recruitment major and number of people
Geriatrics major in internal medicine (2) for 2 years of service
III. Object of recruitment
1. Clinician who has completed the standardized training of internal medicine resident (internal medicine resident training) and obtained the qualification certificate.
2. Clinician who has not participated in resident training before, but has intermediate or above professional and technical qualifications.
3. The application should be consistent with clinical work position.
4. All personnel are required to participate voluntarily and obtain the approval of their employer.
5. Medical graduates who have defaulted in the rural order-oriented free training program are not recruited.
IV. Recruitment process
1. Fill out the form of intention (July 20-August 4, 2020)
Applicants log on to the standardized training management platform for specialists of Chinese Medical Doctor Association at https://st.ccgme-cmda.cn/login.html, register the real name and fill in the form of intention.
2. Recruitment (August 5-August 18, 2020)
(1) Examination time: theoretical examination (9: 00-11: 00 a.m. on August 6, 2020);
Clinical comprehensive ability examination (14: 00 p.m. on August 6, 2020)
(2) Examination place: Zhejiang Hospital (specific place will be announced separately).
(3) Examination contents: including theoretical examination and clinical comprehensive ability examination, focusing on the professional theoretical knowledge and clinical comprehensive ability of the object of recruitment.
(4) Employment form: According to the principle of merit-based employment, the employment list is published online.
3. Personnel registration (August 24-August 31, 2020)
V. Guarantee of treatment
1. Salary guarantee: follow the principle of equal pay for equal work and make appropriate adjustments according to individual performance appraisal.

VI. Relevant explanations

VII. Introduction to standardized training base of internal medicine geriatrics specialist of Zhejiang Hospital
Zhejiang Hospital is a teaching hospital of Zhejiang University, Wenzhou Medical University, Zhejiang Chinese Medical University and other institutions of higher learning, a training organization for postgraduates and doctors in geriatrics, a geriatric medical center in Zhejiang Province, a major member of the Geriatrics Branch of Zhejiang Medical Association, a chairman unit of East China Geriatrics Center Alliance, a guidance center for geriatrics diagnosis and treatment in Zhejiang Province, and a technical guidance center for dementia prevention and control in Zhejiang Province. Geriatrics Department is the construction organization of Zhejiang Geriatrics Key Cultivation Specialist, Zhejiang Medical Key Discipline Group (Geriatrics), Zhejiang Medical Key Innovation Discipline (Geriatrics and Anti-Aging Medicine), Zhejiang Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Geriatrics Key Discipline, National Clinical Drug Test Base (Geriatrics Major), National Geriatrics Clinical Nutrition Implementation Demonstration Base, Zhejiang Geriatrics Key Laboratory and National Geriatrics Clinical Medical Research Center Sub-center jointly established by province and ministry. The Geriatrics Department of Zhejiang Hospital has long been in the top ten of the reputation list of Chinese Geriatrics Department of Fudan University and the second in East China.
There are abundant teachers in the Base, and there are 22 teachers with senior titles, including 1 doctoral tutor and 17 master’s tutors. At present, 10 people, including Professor Yan Jing, Professor Chen Huaihong and Professor Chen Xinyu, have obtained the qualification certificate of teacher training for internal medicine geriatrics. Many of the teaching instructors have obtained the training certificates of geriatrics improvement classes. Professor Yan Jing, Director of the Base, is the chief physician, professor and doctoral tutor, Vice President of Chinese Geriatrics Society and President of Critical Care Branch, Standing Committee Member of Geriatrics Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Vice Chairman of Critical Care Branch of Chinese Medical Association, Member of Academic Committee of National Geriatrics Clinical Research Center and National Geriatrics Center, Chairman of East China Geriatrics Center Alliance, former Chairman of Geriatrics Branch of Zhejiang Medical Association, academic leader in Geriatrics Diagnosis and Treatment Guidance Center of Zhejiang Province and Geriatrics and Critical Care Medicine of key medical disciplines in Zhejiang Province, Editor-in-Chief of Chinese Journal of Geriatrics Research and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Chinese Journal of Geriatrics, etc., and trained more than 20 postgraduates with master’s and doctoral degrees in geriatrics.
There are obvious advantages in the disciplines of the Base, including senile neurodegenerative diseases, senile cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, senile renal failure, senile infection and respiratory failure, senile emergency treatment and multiple organ injuries, senile nutrition and metabolism related diseases, senile rehabilitation and senile mental disorders. The discipline has been devoted to exploring the development model of new geriatrics. In 2014, the discipline took the lead in self-research and development of a series of intelligent geriatric evaluation systems in China, and won a number of national software copyrights. The Base wrote Expert Consensus on the Application of China’s Comprehensive Geriatric Evaluation Technology, and built a network cooperation platform for intelligent geriatric syndrome management covering more than 40 hospitals across China, and is a national training base for full-time personnel in comprehensive geriatric evaluation. The Base leads the comprehensive geriatric evaluation and the joint diagnosis and treatment of senile syndrome in various cities in Zhejiang Province, leads the province to carry out multi-center clinical research on geriatric diseases, and explores a new combination of medical care and nursing.
The Base relies on the Key Laboratory of Geriatrics in Zhejiang Province to carry out a series of scientific research work. The main research directions are as follows: 1. Diagnosis and treatment of senile asthenia and sarcopenia; 2. Monitoring and supporting technology of senile critical illness; 3. Epidemiology, diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (especially community prevention and treatment techniques); 4. Aging mechanism and anti-aging treatment; 5. Prevention and treatment of endocrine and metabolic diseases (diabetes and osteoporosis, etc.).

2 specialists in critical care medicine of internal medicine, with a training period of 2 years
III. Object of recruitment
1. In-service physician who completes the standardized training of resident doctors in internal medicine and emergency department (hereinafter referred to as resident training), obtains the certificate of qualification and voluntarily participates in the specialist training.
2. In-service physician who has not participated in resident training in the past but has intermediate and above professional titles can apply for training according to the needs of work and after obtaining the consent of the employer, and the application should be consistent with their clinical jobs.
3. During the pilot period, the training objects assigned by other employers and the training objects of this employer in the training base are mainly recruited, and the qualified areas can explore recruiting from the society.

The Base relies on Key Laboratory of Geriatrics in Zhejiang Province to carry out a series of scientific research work, mainly researching hemodynamic monitoring and treatment, sepsis mechanism as well as MODS mechanism and standardized diagnosis and treatment of organ function. The Base took the lead in organizing and formulating the Guidelines for the Treatment of Severe Sepsis/Septic Shock in China 2014, and undertook the national natural project Study on the Role and Mechanism of IL-33 in Myocardial Protection of Sepsis.
