Gather new joint force from the United Front, and show the new actions during “the 14th Five-Year-Plan”——Forum 2021 for Non-party Personage held at the hospital

In order to fully exert the role from the united front, further gather strength, promote the high quality development of united front work in the new era, and gather strong joint forces for our hospital to make a good start during “the 14^th Five-Year-Plan”, the forum 2021 for non-party personage is held at the hospital in the afternoon of March 19^th, Yan Jing, secretary of party committee, Wan Shu, the deputy director of hospital, Zhang Weijuan, director of propaganda united front work department, Wang Ting, the deputy director attend the meeting, and the members of various democratic parties and the non-party personages from the hospital attend the forum.

On the forum, Wang Ting first makes a summary report about the united front work of our hospital in 2020 from four aspects, “intensifying leadership of the party, gathering forces from various parties, and accomplishing united front work by co-governance”, “supporting democratic parties to reinforce self-construction, reinforcing guidance on work from democratic parties”, “exerting the advantages of united front, and gathering strong forces for fighting against the epidemic”, “accomplishing the work in ideological sphere of united front, strengthening thinking guidance, gathering common ground in thought and forming effective joint forces”.

Zhang Weijuan conveys the essence of important address made by Xi Jinping on Forum of CPC Central Committee for Non-party Personages in 2020, assigns the studying of “Regulations for United Front Work of CPC”, requires to guide by the Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for A New Era, deepening the implementation of Xi Jinping’s important thought on reinforcing and improving the united front work, meanwhile, highlights to standardize the organizational development procedures, securely maintain the ideological defense line, actively propose advice and proposals and exert the active roles from the democratic parties in ideological field.

Yan Jing conveys the essences from the reform and development planning documents for the hospital and the essences from the Development Committee on yearly work meeting during the “14^th Five-Year-Plan” on the meeting. He says, this year is an opening year for “14^th Five-Year-Plan”, and higher requirements and more specific orientations are put forward for the hospital during coordinated development of the two hospital areas. More experts and leading figures will be recruited by the hospital for outbound active expansion and planning. Renovate and decorate Lingyin Hospital Area, improve the comprehensive surgery department, and so on, so as to provide better hardware and software services for the patients, and gradually develop toward top level medical treatment orientation while meeting the basic demands on medical treatment from the patients. The bed resources in Sandun Hospital Area will be fully used and efforts will be made to increase the conversion rate from patients. He hopes the non-party personages of the hospital could shine and light up, drive the entire staff from the hospital to jointly forge an initiative development atmosphere, and to successfully accomplish the planning tasks and objectives from the hospital for the “14^th Five-Year-Plan”.

Yan Jing also says that it’s decided by the Central Government of CPC to undertake CPC party history learning and education within the entire party in this year, to motivate the entire party stay true to the mission and keep the mission in mind, and continuously strengthen party construction in the new era. The various democratic parties and non-party personages shall fully review the struggling process of CPC by means of unity and coordination in combination with the celebration of the 100^th anniversary of CPC, carry forward glorious traditions, stand fast to the original intention in cooperation, and strengthen self-construction. Continue to center with the core, take the firm stand, take the firm confidence, securely grasp ideology, better fulfill due diligence and responsibilities in overall situation of service, and exert important roles for construction of the “important windows”.

Wan Shu says on the meeting, the opening of the “14^th Five-Year-Plan” is very critical, the development planning of the hospital is very clear, it has drawn a beautiful blueprint for us, hope everyone take the hospital as home, take development of the hospital as a basis for establishing own undertaking, fully exert advantages of the hospital, actively expand, and meanwhile achieve a rational layout with balanced subjects, and jointly boost the high quality development of the hospital with the brainstorm wisdom from all.

Then, representatives from various democratic parties conduct specific discussions and analyses on issues like service specifications and standards research for the hospital, business development, talent team cultivation, experiences from management team and scientific research construction, etc, and raise their respective comments and suggestions to countermeasures.

Finally, Yan Jing extends his thanks to the non-party personages for their consistent concern and attention to the hospital development, and he says the comments and opinions raised will be further studied, the constructive advice will be carefully adopted, the future work from the hospital will be scientifically planned, so that the non-party personages could exert their important roles in participating in the administration and discussion of state affairs, and the hospital could actively put up the bridges and ties for communications with non-party personages, intensify subject construction and cultivation of talents team, brace up confidence and recreate glories for transition of the hospital during the “14^th Five-Year-Plan”.
